Great place to stay while attending an event at the Mercedes Benz Stadium!!!!

It was good. Hotel staff was amazing and very friendly, I did not like that there were no rooms facing outside so our balcony was facing a conference room when I asked to change that no one ever called back and we just settled for the room. The room overall was comfortable and very clean.

My entire stay was awesome. The staff was great from valet arrival to valet departure. We asked for help with our bags so they sent the bell hop Eduardo. He gave great directions and recommendations. I regret I didn't have more cash on me to give him a bigger tip. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. Anyone we interacted with in the staff or security were super helpful and friendly.

This was a trip for my wife’s birthday and it was everything we could have asked for. This was our first time staying here and we are looking at new dates to book. The Omni Hotel is amazing. Stop by Vues, New South Kitchen, or Top Draft!

They tried to charge my bank card twice after , that they still locked me out my room had to go to the front desk again to be let in cause they kept messing up billing

This hotel is SO convenient to any downtown event but especially anything at State Farm Arena. Walk indoors to the Arena, College Football Hall of Fame, etc. Excellent experience for two moms who wanted safety and convenience for a weekend with two boys. Very nice facility and exceptional staff. Charles (bellman) was so friendly to our boys and made our checkout process easy and painless. Great job!!

The great: the bed and pillows.
The bathroom is roomy but with not much of supplies. They don't provide a shower cap, or those small items that would be helpful.
The rug/carpet in the hotel hallway is very dirty. Some picture frames are with a broken glass.

Nice that it is connected to the cnn headquarters but I thought i was booking the other tower which is not connected.
