It was delightful! Our room faced the trees & it felt like we were in a treehouse. The suite was really well thought out & we had every thing we needed for a comfortable and restful stay! It was also really nice to have the breakfast there for us~~even enjoyed the lobby as we waited the next day for our family to arrive. It was peaceful and well kept & sunny. :)
(The title Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport was deceiving to us. We are from Arizona & thought if it said Atlanta Airport in the title, that it would be right by the Atlanta airport. There wasn't a shuttle that goes to Comfort Suites, and it ended up being quite daunting & time consuming to get to there! We ended up getting on a wrong van, and it cost us $40 to have the driver deliver us.)

Elevator broken had to carry luggage down stairs. Limited hot water, cool by end of shower, coffee not hot. Dirty grounds

Not the best stay.
1.) pool was closed throughout my stay
2.) bed sheets had old gum residue and you are unable to receive any towels or bedding after check in because house keeping is gone. Check in is 3/4pm and house keeping leaves before that.
3.) Front desk staff is often not at the desk and don’t answer the phone.

I really can’t describe how my stay was. It wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t great. The first one we were given smelled like smoke and the toilet seat was broke. We couldn’t use the bathroom without having to hold the toilet seat up so it wouldn’t touch our backs. Not my favorite part but we just asked for a room change. I wouldn’t stay again. I will say the nightly rate we paid was very generous considering the state of this hotel. If you are debating and considering this hotel because “you’re only in town for a weekend” book another hotel. Get your monies worth.

Toilet seat broken and roaches. Was told all rooms were non smoking but the room smelled strongly like smoke...burn mark on the toilet seat.

They put the Comfort in comfort suites , by far my favorite. They keep everything including their attitudes nice and clean .

If I could rate 0, I would. I booked this hotel for my nephew birthday. He really wanted to go to the pool, that is the ONLY reason that I booked this property. Once I arrived at property ready for check in after 4pm, there’s a huge check in sign that states check in is at 3pm. There online hours are incorrect. Also upon my arrival the pool is closed. Once again the ONLY reason why I booked this hotel is because they had an indoor pool.
If the property is under maintenance, it should be mention prior to booking. His entire birthday was ruined just under the misconception that this property had a pool, however it was under maintenance. The staff was not very accommodating with the issue at hand. And dismissed the issue with a very hasty attitude.

My stay was perfect. Good value for the money paid. My room was nice and cool upon arrival. Bathroom were very clean which i like, and nice hot shower which is a must for me

My room were not cleaned but i checked in. My bathroom sink were clogged up filled with used water dat wasn't drained. The toliet were not fresh, and potato chips were left on the sofa. Third floor trash can were over filled with garbage. The elevator were completely dirty and the hallway. I will NEVER go back nor recommend anyone. Sorry to bluntly honest. I really didnt get a peaceful night sleep
