The beds were clean and comfortable. The good news ends there. Ice machines all broken, water empty the whole trip in vending machine. Dirty chair in room, noise from very loud doors slamming at all hours. Trash overflowing to the ground at the can in front of the building. AC barely worked…we sweat all night long.

It was a good value, clean room, comfortable bed, and had all we needed in the room, including a mini fridge. Front desk staff was super nice.

Very dated. Very little water pressure for toilet and shower. Carpet is stained. Only warm breakfast was waffles or you could microwave a Jimmy Dean sandwich. The “very good” 8.2 score on ******* was a little high in my opinion. Considering the price it was prob what I paid for.

Looked to be recently updated and was very clean. Staff worked with me to return items I had accidentally left after checkout.

It is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. The room we were assigned to had such a smoke smell, we immediately left the room. Was assigned another room, but the fan in the bathroom kept pulling in smoke from another room. We stayed for 4 nights and they never came and cleaned the room or brought towels. My husband thought the bed was horrible. The staff was nice, but they needed to do more.

Everything was sparkling clean and smelled great. Sheets were so soft and the bed was comfortable. Pleanty of clean towels and hot water. Hot breakfast was tasty. We would positively stay here again.

There was a roach in the bathroom when we first got to the room. The breakfast was terrible. They reused the same food day after day (frozen breakfast sandwiches) and the danishes tasted old. We had to go outside of the hotel for breakfast which cost us more because the food was inedible.

We stayed here for our niece's graduation from Auburn University last weekend. Everything was perfect and front desk was very helpful. Perfect location for graduation!!
