the location is good and the room is big! However, the WIFI didn't work and I need to call to resolve it.

Surprisingly quiet given how busy it was. Well-appointed room with good space. Nice breakfast and very friendly service.

Comfortable and exactly what I needed for my stay. This is the second summer in a row I’ve stayed at this property when in Austin for a conference. I like that there’s a sitting area, a fridge, and free breakfast. I also enjoyed using the fitness center and the pool to get workouts in.

I always wanted to stay at this hotel and when I came in on the 13th the ladies were so nice and I stayed in my room watch TV but when I went to go to bed and move the pillows it was some black things in my bed look like bugs I took a picture of them and call downstairs and talk to the young lady I told her I can send her a picture she told me that they said look like lint balls I said okay so I took a towel and I up against the bed and I lay Crossways of the bed that's how I slept when I woke up and look there was some again and I called downstairs they ruled out that it was little black things of linen balls where did it come from are the vents dirty or what it look like little bugs to me I didn't get hardly any sleep this seem like something was crawling all over my body the high breakfast was good I can say I didn't get a call from the manager to confirm this but I'm very disappointed

The room& bathroom were clean, all amenities were on place & available. However, only one elevator was working & the floor was filthy! Ugh! The bed was comfy & sheets were clean. Breakfast was adequate; choices included boiled eggs, coffee with the fixings, 3 kinds of cold cereal, yogurt, crispy bacon, sausage patties & links, variety of fruits. A nice room & good stay overall.

Terrible receptionist, don't even greet customers. Room headboards were dirty and room had no towels. Had to call front desk, receptionist was rude stating that we had to go get them downstairs if we needed them. Also, elevator had a very heavy smell. Stay away from this type of hotels who offer special rates, not worth the savings!

So far so good. Property is clean and nice. Air conditioner works great and lobby is clean and smells fresh

Bed was comfortable and Martha at the front desk was helpful and lovely, but overall our experience was horrible. Room had a horrible smell, the tv wasn’t working because someone stole the hdmi and the fridge was unplugged and full of towels, obviously not working. AC worked well and cooled the room but it was very loud and made it hard to sleep. One of the two elevators was out of service and the working one had a very yucky, musty smell - similar to the smell in hotel room. Hotel is in desperate need of an update/remodel. I would not stay here again.
