Restaurant tres joli et bons plats .Personnel tres serviable .
En revanche , la chambre bleue familiale est catastrophique . Peintures tres mal finies ,lino non collé ( seuil de porte des toilettes manquant )trous dans les murs , fixations sans tableaux , serviettes en vrac sur le radiateur , robinet du bain inutilisable.aucune table ,bureau ni meme meuble !!!
Pour 92€ la nuit labellisé logis de france !!!!
C est du foutage de gueule
Les autres chambres apparaissant sur le site semblaient un peu plus correctes
Pire qu une chambre d etudiant pour 92

Hotel très bien placé dans le centre ville d'Auxerre, à 5 mn à pied de tout.
Personnel compétent, disponible et aimable.
Chambre quadruple petite mais suffisante pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
Le WE s'est déroulé dans les meilleurs conditions.

Nous avions réservé par téléphone pour un séjour à l ascension, les mesures sanitaires ne leur permettant pas de rouvrir nous avons appelé debut mai pour décaler à la Pentecôte. Monsieur au téléphone très aimable qui nous dit aucun problème. Arrivé hier devant l hotel, tout fermé. On appelle et là le patron nous dit que ce n'est pas possible qu on ait une réservation car il est fermé et qu'il n a allumé le téléphone de l'hôtel que 2 jours avant. Je montre les preuves de nos hotels et il affirme que c'est pas lui même si c'est bien son numero. Il nous a laissé au bord du trottoir avec nos valises sans aucune solution. Nous ne reviendrons jamais au Seignelay hôtel !!!
