Need some good parking area to park vehicle safely. Though the staff of valet parking was good. Also try to improve welcoming customers. Though it is good.

Food - Average but costly Property Location - Easy to find Car Parking space - no parking, need to park car in just in front of entrance and near swimming pool. Swimming pool - the location of the pool is just in front of the entrance so no privacy. Amenities - average amenities, club house is big but not maintained properly. Hotel Service - Good, only 2 water bottles were complimentary per day. We asked for decoration for the anniversary but they said it would be charged 500₹ for a very basic 30-40 ballon decoration. Very bad. Hot water heater - Good Air conditioning - Very bad, we changed room 2 times but to non cooling. Central AC kept on 18•c giving cooling of 25•c min. We ended up keeping the fan on while sleeping. Delux room didn't have a bathtub Very limited items in the complimentary breakfast. Only 2 fruits in fruit salad and no fruit juice.

The location is convenient to reach panchgani and mahabaleshwar. Food was tasty. We enjoyed the amenities very much. Overall the best experience.

I came with my family from north india and facilities mentioned vs available : poor rag type of unhygienic property with dirty beddings, old rag torn towels and smelly walls. 1. Dirty bathroom kits which are pure used or not packet-ed 2. Unprofessional staff with 0 knowledge on serving customers and adding experience 3. Car is parked on outside road anybody can hit the same as well front road is not built and operational. You need to travel by climbing tattered road. 4. Taking the booking with buffet value and asking to ala carte order of one veg one non veg and breads. 5. Basic room and washroom amenities were too poor like lights not operational. Dirty beddings and dental kits and shampoo. Would like to convey to upcoming guests not to book this property and recommend to stay away from availing the property. This is why property is not refundable because they are just fooling guests. They won’t do anything. In the end they served breakfast with full hearts to bid good bye.

The hotel location is on the main road connecting Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. The hotel is maintained well but there are few drawbacks as below: 1. There’s no in-house parking space. The guest’s cars have to be parked on the road in front of the entrance which is extremely risky. Secondly, there’s so much dust on the roads that within few hours of car being parked on the road, the entire car is soaked in extreme dust. That’s another thing that the hotel staff provides water sprays to clean the car every morning. 2. ⁠Its a 2-floor boutique hotel but the standard rooms are extremely small and congested. The toilets are clean. 3. ⁠Buffet breakfast is okay but there can be more variety. A feedback for the restaurant staff is to keep the plates clean. We found a number of unclean dishes at the time of breakfast.

Excellent hospitality. Centralized hotel location. Good food quality. Good amenities. I would re-command to visit picaddle once & have a wonderful experience.

It was neither luxury nor resort. It was simple hotel with small rooms. Price was high. Only food was good. Breakfast was also amazing.
