It was not the first time we rested in the Vilnius Grand Resort hotel. Stayed 3 times in deluxe rooms and many times in superior. This time there was an improved room, but I had never seen such furniture before - a chest of drawers made of pine 30 years old. It was impossible to look directly. There is no light curtain on the window - no comfort. But the bed is snow-white, the bath is super clean. Breakfast is worthless. Overcooked bacon, dry old herring, not even fried eggs. Breakfast deteriorated We put good coffee machines, and saved money to buy decent coffee. The advertised SPA is practically inaccessible - there are parents with children. There is a way out - we pay 19th and go to the new SPA. It's wonderful there.

There are always free parking spaces. In the evening, we had a tasty and not expensive dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor. The room is large, warm, there are bathrobes, slippers, shaving accessories and toothbrushes. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, necessary utensils. Small space for clothes and luggage in the room. Of the minuses - not very good soundproofing - you can hear what is happening in the corridor. Breakfast ended exactly at 10:00 - no time to pour coffee, as the machine was turned off.

Food: Delicious buffet breakfast. Service: Workers speak English, are kind, employed, without problems. Room/location: Classic sizes single room, standard but clean and careful. There are two elevators in the hotel. Due to the parking area (sand/stones) I recommend packing the tourists next to the hotel and only stop the bus to the parking. Due to the location of the centre, I do not recommend walking trips. The perfect accommodation base when returning from Latvia and Estonia. I was with the group, but I would also come back alone or in a couple.

We booked a Business Double room and it was great - huge bed, soft sheets and big pillows, nice bathroom. As this was our first Business room, I wasn't used to additional items like ear-plugs for better sleep, shoe-shine wipes etc. - awesome! Breakfast at the restaurant area was nice, I left filled with tasty food. If someone will ask me where to stay in Vilnius, I'll recommend this hotel!

Really nice and clean modern hotel in the new part of Vilnius. A short walk (approx 20 mins) from the Old Town but a great place to set your base to explore or as for me a business trip!

The room is large and the view is very good, you can look out into the old town. There is parking space; breakfast is varied, rich in nutrition, and very local characteristics, very perfect stay.

High praise for this hotel and its employees. Our group of nine booked five rooms and each was well-appointed, affordable, clean, and in good condition. The Communication & Quality Manager, Erika S. and her front desk staff were attentive, helpful, and made us feel valued. We loved the buffet breakfasts and on our last morning there, she made sure we had boxed breakfasts to take to the airport for our early morning flight. The location was perfect -- we could walk to old town over the bridge in just ten minutes and also walk a block to a local convenience store. Erika arranged airport transportation for our large group (fixed rate we agreed upon in advance) through a local company that we then continued to use for other travel as needed. Nice little hotel next to the Main Street of Gediminas Prospect. Easy to reach old town and the area is really nice. The room not too spacious but good enough. I liked very big bathroom with a nice mirror and a special dryer for clothes and towels. Breakfast quite good too. The staff polite and helpful. I would book this hotel again on my next trip to Vilnius.
