Manas Lifestyle Resort, Igatpuri

We had a memorable stay at Manas Lifestyle Resort, Igatpuri! It is very conveniently located just off the highway. We stayed at the studio suite - it's spacious, comfortable and has a huge swimming pool facing balcony! Our 4 year old kid loved running around the huge suite. There was a DJ night the evening we came, and we danced our hearts out! There was a lovely mist at night which is so rare for Mumbaikars to see! We loved chilling at the pool and also enjoyed the indoor game zone. The trampoline in the garden area and swings hanging on tree branches overlooking the mountains are a mesmerizing experience. The food at their restaurants is delicious! Last but not the least, the staff's hospitality and service are top notch. Special thanks to Sanjay, Aarti and Amisha for making our stay memorable. Strongly recommend a stay at this place if you are in Igatpuri!

Room service, cleanness excellent , room service and room value for money, what shown had provided at the property. Food is very average, they had repeated lunch menu in dinner as well. Amenities are in ok conditions. Front desk staff were very helpful.

It's outstanding stay , clean rooms lovely view and very good staff, swimming pool also near and clean very pleasant stay My family n my daughter loves to stay here , also playing area is very good some indoor faces are there wchich can you play and enjoy also breakfast is very lovely to eat in taste

Good food and ambience. Well managed property. All amenities provided. We went for a night stay and the pottery session is a must do. The property is surrounded by fog which makes the stay experience even more worth it. Good space for huge to host large crowds.

The experience is good overall.good stay and good food. The dj was also good and very neat and clean place. The housekeeping and overall experience was excellent and well satisfied. The event and the business outing was organised very nicely.

Guessing we had very high expectations but we were completely let down by the villa we rented. The list of issues included the air conditioning in the living room not working with no possibility of it getting corrected! Then we enter a villa with dust on the sofas, stained linens, hair on the floor in one of the bedrooms and restrooms, water leaking in one of the restrooms upon checking into the villa, cockroaches in the living room and multiple bedrooms, no water in the villa in the early morning until housekeeping came and fixed, and several other inconveniences which was not expected from this resort. Additionally the Management was not apologetic enough and were adamant on the correctional process without owning the fact of extremely poor housekeeping while getting the villa ready before the guest checks in! Do not recommend for families! Mr. Shivam from the management was our contact and even though his behavior was polite he made it clear that the GM will do nothing for us to compensated our inconvenience. Definitely not a customer service oriented resort!

Amazing experience at property. Location during monsoon is beautiful. Staff is very supportive Food is amazing. Live band during dinner made it an experience. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Fun Activities for kids also available. Pottery magic for kids
