What a great little find in the small town of Ay. Perfect for visiting the champagne region. Hotel has lots of character and staff friendly and helpful. Pool was a bit in the chilly side, but refreshing after our drive from the tunnel. Breakfast really good, everything fresh and good choice. Kiki bar in room. No tea/coffee in room, but always available in the lounge. Secure car parking garage just across the street. Restaurants in Ay are very limited, but lots if choice in Épernay, just 10 minutes away. Would definitely visit again.

Castel Jeanson is a lovely, lovely hotel in a beautiful and relaxing location in the rather lovely village of Ay. The hotel is very pretty, is well maintained, and has lovely rooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and they really couldn't have done anything more to make our stay more wonderful! Continental breakfast was lovely, drinks in the courtyard very relaxing. A wonderful stay in a a great location - a very short walk to a couple of restaurants (book ahead!), Cafe midi for coffee and Bar D'aytona for beers and wine and a warm welcome!

Very Nice hôtel, very clean , everything is there in the room/bathroom, it was very calm as well although our Windows were over the main street . Breakfast is OK you need to ask for extras such as ham , saussages or yogourts. The bottle of Champagne in the salon for a group apéritif is very reasonable price wise.

Really enjoyed this one night while passing trough the region! Typical classic french style hotel. Reception and Service is great of course. Rooms are very spacious, bed quality is good and the calming environment brings rest overall (even with our 3 kids :-) ) Breakfast was typical as well, really nice in our opinion. Surroundings are good to spend a few days to visit the area for sure. The only thing that came to mind visiting this "higher standard" hotel would be the addition of more spa possibilities however, apart from this really perfect. Thanks again for having us on such last minute bases as well as fixing the last minute champagne purchase at Goutorbe on our request.

Au mois d’août nous avons passé un sublime séjour à l’Hôtel Castel Jeanson. L’accueil est chaleureux dans une ambiance familiale pleine de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. L’hôtel est très bien tenu et situé dans le calme du village champenois d’Ay. Une visite à la Maison Goutorbe vaut un détour, leur champagne est excellent !

Super hotel tres propre ...le patron a une cave dans la rue et est tres sympa..on a meme bu une bouteille avec lui petit dejeuner correct parking a 50 m dans un garage .vraiment bien situe Super endroit ..a refaire

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa maison a partire dai proprietari! Sempre gentili e disponibili. Attenti a ogni tua richiesta L'ambiente è pulito, luminoso, profumato! Hanno una piscina carina dove potersi rilassate anche d'inverno. Assolutamente provare lo champagne!

Lieu magnifique, personnel aux petits soins et ambiance calme et confortable, un séjour remarquable. Exactement ce que nous souhaitions ! Très belle découverte et un contact extrèmement sympathique avec les propriétaires et la directrice de cet hôtel si bien restauré. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

Wunderbares Hotel mit tollen Gastgebern, von A bis Z alles perfekt. Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel top! Alle Mitarbeiter steht’s zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon jetzt auf einen weiteren besuch
