Cosmelenia Hotel Apartments

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff and management were great and made us feel very welcome. We were all inclusive and the food was fantastic, every meal was freshly cooked to order with plenty of variety. Every meal we had was delicious. The team work very hard keeping everything clean and tidy ready for their guests. No complaints at all, would definitely consider returning to stay here, especially to see lolos the dog again 😁

We booked here through Easyjet holidays, stayed here largely based on price and it looking like 'our kind of place'. We were right. It was the first drop off on the shuttle bus because it's the second farthest hotel along Nissi Avenue from Ayia Napa, so well away from all of the hustle and bustle (just over 3 miles to the famous square) This also meant, of course, that we were the last to be collected on the return journey too - so we had a longer holiday than everyone else! Time from/to airport was approx 45 minutes once we'd set off. Check-in was easy enough, despite us not arriving until around 22:30. Passports were held by reception, I can't wholly remember why but had no problems with it, we collected them a couple of days later because we were hiring a car. I'd recommend hiring a car to anyone, the process was easy and it was great to see more of the island - the apar**ents are incredibly easy to find from the motorway. We used Green Motion, based in the centre of Ayia Napa - highly recommended, we're using them again next year. The apar**ents, again, we had no issues, A bit dated but they were only there to relax and sleep in for us - the balcony was a decent size, didn't need air-con either. Wi-fi was ok from our room and worked fine on the balcony (the mobile data out there is brilliant, though, even better with a Lebara sim!) Others have mentioned the extensive (and expensive) breakage list - don't break anything then you ain't gotta worry about it. Neither of us drink alcohol and there were no cold AF drinks at the bar when we asked - again, not a problem, I accept completely that we're in the minority there - we only found one restaurant/bar all along the ***** that didn't have AF beer, which was a nice surprise. We'd also read, and noted, the other reviews about not eating and drinking food and drink bought from elsewhere by the pool, so just went back to the room when we wanted a beer, otherwise we bought coke by the pool. The apar**ents were pretty quiet when we were there (October 14th-21st) but most couples spoke and there were a few different nationalities among us - mostly British, though. I'd recommend this place - so much so that we're already looking at returning next year, if not twice. Oh, I proposed on the balcony too, she said yes (obvs) room 416!

The team was very attentive and accommodating. The a**osphere with music around the pool was very relaxing and decontracted.

Really nice week away in cosmelinia apar**ents. Wanted somewhere personal, smaller, not a big hotel with loads of pools and bars and that’s what we had. Quiet but a short bus ride if you wanted busier. Bus stop outside apar**ents. Waterworld 5 minute walk. The staff were helpful and super friendly. Food was good, no complaints. I enjoyed a la carte instead of buffet so choices were more limited but tasty and hot. We were here with our 14yr and 16yr old boys who also had a good time, They really enjoyed waterworld. Would come back! Thank you 😊

We have just got back from a wonderful week at Cosmelenia. Would definitely recommend it! The pool is great and the facilities are good!! So near to beautiful beaches too. Travel using local buses really easy.. so sad to be home!! Staff are really friendly -would be happy for another trip 🤩😎

Just back from another amazing week at Cosmelenia Apar**ents, great staff, great food, great apar**ents & great location. Could have stayed on for another 2 weeks, weather was jusy right at around 28. We have already booked up again for May2024.

Happen to staying here at the same time this family of 10 arrived. They took over the pool, throwing heavy football's at each other the length and width of the pool, no other guests could go into the pool as afraid of been hit by a ball.They were constantly shouting and swearing and fighting. The manager and the staff did nothing to stop them.We found that the staff and manager couldn't do enough for them,and we know why,because they were spending loads of money on food and drink.They are given a lovely farewell,by the manager and staff, with hugs and group photos all round. We paid extra for half board,as soon as the staff knew we weren't spending lots of extra money on drinks they weren't very friendly towards us.The apar**ent was quite spacious, however after paying on arrival for aircon for two weeks when we went up to the apar**ent their was only aircon in the bedroom, the unit in the living room had been removed. The apar**ent was not cleaned for the whole fortnight we were there, sheets changed once,towels changed twice.We always stay in three star hotels, so we are not been fussy but this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We have been coming to Cyprus for twelve years. When you arrive there is a book listing "extortionate" prices they charge if you break,( a glass€4 a fridge €300 frying pan €35 towel €20).

Been here many times and the standard is always exceptional, food is delicious and the staff are always amazing and so welcoming,pool absolutely spotless weve already booked again for May 2024 ❤️❤️❤️
