Nicholas Color Hotel

A four-star hotel that gives everything, a stunning location (a minute from the hotel, the restaurant road). Also, new rooms, a nice pool and stunning service. I returned to it a second time this year.

This hotel is clean, tidy & well maintained, all rooms have a phone (dial 0 to contact reception), a safety deposit box (for a small fee), a fridge, an airer on balcony for wet clothes/towels, an ashtray on balcony also for those that smoke, a hairdryer, a wall mounted TV with remote control (not many UK channels but you don't go on holiday to watch TV) , a kettle, cups, tea/coffee/suger/spoons. The beds are comfy, all rooms have balcony's with table & chairs & each room also has air conditioning. Towels (bath towels, hand towels & floor mat) & bedding changed every 3days & rooms cleaned. As the tap water is not drinkable there was a bottle of water in the fridge per guest when we checked in, we arrived at the hotel around midnight so were kindly greeted with boxes of food to take to our room with a bottle of water each which was very kind. All staff were friendly & polite, special shout-out to the manager GEORGE that guy is the best he's an absolute legend ! He also makes cocktails that's not on the menu if you ask, Another shout-out to 1 of the receptionist ladies can't remember her name it's either GERY or CERY nothing is too much for her she's a lovely woman, both have perfect speaking English & are genuinely good people. I worried before I went as I had read a review that the food options were poor as I have a partner who is vegetarian & a child who has a tomato intolerance but that review was rubbish. There are absolutely loads of options on every meal, breakfasts have full English options (bacon, hard boiled & fried eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, toast, sausages, hash browns etc) or multiple choice of fresh fruits or dried fruits or multiple cereals, cold meats & nuts to choose from then a large selection of butters, cheeses, jams, hot & cold drinks. There's a board up on wall upon restaurant entry with what meals for what days (Monday BBQ, Tuesday Italian etc). The restaurant is also spread across the top of the hotel so the view of the beach whilst eating is beautiful. The pool is very clean with a life guard there at all times, the bar staff were lovely & polite especially the barman we named Tom Cruise 🤣. There are many many sun loungers & parasols around the pool. There's lots for younger children too including a soft play area with canopy so they can play without the sun burning them & a little baby pool with waterfall. This hotel is central to absolutely everything yet when you close your room door it is silent to sleep. You can walk out the hotel & the fairground is right there, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, museum, beach or marina is all a few minutes walk (3-5mins) or you can get the 101 bus to nissi beach or into protaras for €1.50 per adult & €0.75 per child & they around 4 stops away (cash only) bus stops are around the corner from hotel, bus back is number 102. We Could not recommend this hotel enough, 1 of the best holidays we have had & will definitely be returning 😍

The only good thing about this hotel is location. You have to ask for towels everyday, food cold and uninteresting, pool bar food thrown together at top prices. Whilst we was there a group of Cypriot young footballers where also there. Well it was shocking, screaming and shouting from 8am, any one that wanted to use the pool was unable to as they were feral.

A lovely hotel, very clean and well organised. George the manager was very friendly and helpful and the bar and restaurant staff very efficient. Was really impressed with the pool area beds and the facilities around the pool. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels without these! Downside (for us) was the food. Typical all inclusive fayre which was a bit samey. Fresh omelettes available at breakfast were nice but we chose to eat out in the evening. Snacks at the bar were better than the restaurant food at lunchtime (obviously my own opinion) but put it this way, you won’t starve! We met some lovely people there and would definitely recommend.

It took 1 hour to get to Hotel with drop offs from the airport.Hotel clean and modern,Rooms have Baths in and comfortable Beds,Pool area very good.There is no entertainment Team at this Hotel and there is only singers on 3 days of the week.we went all inclusive,presentation of food was ok but found most of the food luke warm all of the time.George the restaurant Manager was very nice and was always helpful.Locations ideal,2 minutes to shops and Restaurants,5 minutes to Harbour and Ayia Napa square,would go back,

This is a good value for money hotel, and sits at the lower end of the 4 star spectrum. The good. Well located, close to numerous restaurants, shops and the marina. The decor is modern and the rooms are comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep if required! The staff were pleasant with regular room changes throughout the stay. The hotel is child friendly and has a small child's splash and outdoor play space. The not so good. Breakfast could be better, a few tweaks to the options could turn this place into a very good value for money hotel. The rooms are not ideally sized for 2+2 and it wouldn't really be a workable solution for stays of a week or more. There isn't really much to keep children entertained. However, overall it was a pleasant stay and it did represent real value for money. Finally, we would return for a short getaway.

Prime location near the heart of the commercial and club zones in Ayia Napa. However, the staff at the restaurant never smile and they lack of kindness. The room are just OK. Breakfast is decent. Parking is easy. It is an overpriced hotel, customer is paying for the location of the same.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. In total there was 20 of us staying as me and my partner got married. Hotel is central to everything, rooms are clean and staff friendly especially aleas the barman at night on the pool bar. He made our holiday great banter everytime we were in. The pool area is great and so is the wee play park. We were all inclusive, never had an issue getting more than 1 drink at a time. However downfall is the food. Breakfast is ok but lunch and dinner just wasnt great at all, there was 20 of us and most nights we struggled, ate out more than half our holiday due to this. We usually skipped lunch as wasnt worth it but just had snacks instead at the pool bar. The best 2 nights to eat in the restaurant were the mexican and chinese. Overall good hotel, would stay again, but wouldnt do all inclusive.

Just returned from a 2 week visit here with family for a wedding hotel spotless staff all amazing helpful and friendly only downside was the all inclusive food at night in my opinion wasn't great great location
