This hotel is a hopeless case of con!!! The hotel is open to guests, but it is a refugee hotel I have nothing against escapes, but the hotel's standard has dropped so much that it shouldn't be open. Breakfast was only cheese and ham. No bars were open as they advertised online, nor any restaurants, they were used as a school for the escapees. Absolutely tragic management who did not understand our request, we moved out without getting any compensation for what we had paid for. People like that shouldn't be running hotels, all they're thinking about here is milking poor refugees. DONT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel and Booking present the hotel as 4* when in fact all the rooms were unclean, very damaged from the wear and tear of time, unmaintained and lacking in amenities. The pool was very unclean with dirt and grime on the bottom, the room with broken walls, ants on the parquet floor (from sticker peeling off from wear and tear), the seating in the lobby was broken up and without leather that was peeling off from time. Very poor breakfast. Reservation price exorbitant compared to what it really is and what it provides. It is misinformation the 4 stars. I am attaching the actual photos of today. A refund was requested and Booking only gave the amount of 25€ for this deception. They should definitely correct the 4* from the description until the hotel actually owns them.

Floors were filthy. Impolite staff. The wifi was so bad it could not even load up a small pics or video ( you do not get what you paid for). I have chosen “all inclusive”, but NOTHING was “all inclusive”. I’ve been told that I should pay for bottled water, when I asked why? the waitress asked me from which country I came from. Excuse me? Really? P.S. Thanks Ina, Kira and the girl with black hair in the reception. They were always ready to help us.

It states that it’s a 4* hotel but it is most definitely a 2* hotel. Firstly, it looks completely different than in the pictures, it’s extremely outdated and old. the showers are shocking. There was rust on the shower heads, holes/cracks in the walls, calcified water stains and the water pressure is horrible!!! The soap/shampoo we received was in an open plastic bottle available to everyone who stayed in the room before us , so anything could have been put inside. The shower curtains looked stained and old too. Worst of all we didn’t get any hot water & had to shower under very cold water. The rooms are very dirty too. As we entered we could see hair strands on the floor, dust everywhere and weird stains on the walls. There is also little to no wifi in the rooms/around the hotel. the AC is very dirty and loud , we woke up with sore throats & feeling very ill due to all the dust and debris collected in there. We tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but they didn’t let us. The staff were completely unhelpful and most were rude with exception to one receptionist who tried her best to help us. Another receptionist, who we first spoke to about all the negatives, didn’t even note down our complaints or try to do anything about it. She told us she was too busy to deal with this now. The only positive was the sea view from the balcony.

Definitely a 3 star and not a 4 , pictures don’t look any thing like the real thing , very dated and needs a good freshen up . Snack bar is very not good , breakfast cold and not good . Really enjoyed the dinners but need improvement as pictures are very deceiving, staff are lovely and couldn’t be any more helpful. No kettle in room or entertainment at all

Lovely experience, reception were very helpful and friendly, beautiful sea views, comfortable beds , close to the beautiful beach , they really look after the hotel , nice breakfast, go here , you won’t be disappointed

The room we was allocated was very old, cupboard doors were falling off, not at all what we had seen online, so we asked to move which they had done eventually, the new room was better, more modern but the view we had paid for and the one we had got were not expected, we was looking out to the back of the road. The pool was filthy, someone had spilt a frappe in there no one cleaned this or done anything about it, the tiles at the bottom of the pool were peeling up and my daughter had cut her toe open on gravel around there that shouldn't have been. The breakfast was also such a let down, it was barley edible and the boiled egg still had the poo on the shell where they didn't bother to clean it before cooking it! This hotel definitely isn't a 4* I would say it is more of a 2-3*, unfortunately we won't be returning.

Obviously not a 4* hotel neither service. In the room dust on the furniture, clogged sink, smells from the closet, small tv with few analog tuned channels and damaged chair. There was working fridge and air conditioner . The food was not tasty. Staff is ok. The pools looks old and dirty. Room service need to be trained!

The rooms where not even close to what we saw on pic , the sinks in the bathroom where dirty and sanctified , the beds were old and definitely not comfortable . The telephone of the shower had holes and the water was coming throw there i will put some pics ! The breakfast was really bad ! The cold cuts for sure where not fresh, the taste of the water was like the pools water and they had peach for fruits and they where from cans , not even fresh! The poll was not that bad , but !! The poll was 2.80m deep and no lifeguard , there was a sigh that said no lifeguard but thats not legally allowed , the sun-beds where old and dirty ! Lastly i will say about the staff, very average and the last day after we checked out we forgot some water in the fridge and we asked for the card to go and take them and they told us that they didn't find anything , after 15 minutes they gave us the card we opened the fridge and there was no water , when we came out we saw our waters on the cleaning lady's cart ! what can i say more ? We have paid less money for definitely better hotel very close to that !!
