Anmaria Beach Hotel & Spa

The night we arrived the receptionist said there was nothing on there system for our booking but said we could stay in a room and we could talk with the manager the next day and next day we gave him our details and it got sorted and they gave us a extra lunch together with dinner, the staff were nice and helpful the pool was nice too breakfast was horrible and didn’t eat it

Turned up thought this isn’t bad we were given a sandwich in cling film got to the room where we paid extra for a sea view yes you could see the sea if you stood at one end of your balcony and looked down the side of the hotel Then we went to the bar had a drink all good pool looked good we were sort of happy We went down for breakfast very basic then out to the pool all good had drinks dip in the pool then we were told we could only have some drinks and there was a limit but the menu on the bar said you could have these drinks then you notice the staff are rude and the basic food. I’m in my 50 s so not to bad for us the younger ones who had been out till 6am came down some were very nice but some not then we worked it out it’s really a 18 to 30s hotel Cheap and cheerful don’t go by the pics the beach isn’t like that it’s rocks and lots of rubbish on the way oh there are some lovely places but not at this hotel If you want a nice hotel for you and your family don’t come here I won’t go in to what we have seen when you wake up in the mornings here if you do sleep when they come back from the nite clubs at 6 am I’ve spoken to people here over 30 and not one has said they would come back So if your between 18 and 30 this hotel is for you it’s basic got a pool and close to the ***** for nite life If that’s not you don’t come here there are better places As cypress is lovely other than the hotel we have had a fab time the hotel would have made it a special trip

Never again! Do not waste your money! This hotel is very poor! . So many unpleasant interactions with the staff..especially staff at the front desk (have you not heard of hospitality and customer service! ) Staff are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful Food is not great very little choices. Rooms are basic and are not throughly cleaned before new guests arriving and when mentioned to hotel staff the response is sarcasm and more rudeness. Shame on you!!!

Stayed with a few friends, all male for a wedding in Ayia Napa. This hotel is not 4 stars. General cleanliness / Rooms- Basic and dull. Carpet all old and worn, in reception and the rooms, tables all covered in stain marks etc. 3 stars is being generous. Drinks- Not bad actually, reasonable selection although missed the favourites like Pina Coladas and Strawberry Daq’s. Biggest problem is you’re unable to get a glass, even at night. So it is plastic cups all day and all night except if you eat. 3.5 stars. Food- By far the worst part of this hotel. Absolutely horrendous. Aside from the basics, every serving is the same chicken on a bone with a different sauce every time. Coupled next to it with a cold mystery meat that will be tough as boots. Pasta with sauce, sauce always taste like dishwater. 2 stars and again that’s being generous. Pool area- Actually pretty nice and well kept, good layout for anyone really. 4 stars. Although you’re on the beach, the sea is not exactly accessable as it is all rocks, so can be tough. Entertainment- Well there isn’t any so it isn’t applicable. Gym / Spa- Although we did not really use it, it looked the best part of the hotel, although to our surprise you have to pay for the steam room etc, which is just ridiculous. 4 star worthy. Other comments- Your view will either be of the sea, or the back of restaurants on the *****, literally chalk or cheese. Location is good to access the main areas of Ayia Napa. Overall if you have come accustomed to 4 star hotels or better, this will one will severely disappoint you. Mainly because of the food and the general aging of the rooms / building.

Hotel- brilliant staff and public areas very good Rooms- look nice but very very tired definitely not four star Cleaning- the cleaning consists of beds being made Food- looks lovely and sounds lovely but Luke warm. It all gets put out at start of service rather than batch cooking Drinks- not great. We were looking for something special and the pool, music, staff were great but the rest of it was just ok Also some of the guests were dreadful giving the staff alot to take care of plus lots of people just arrived to use pool etc and left again or were chased. Tsookos need to spend money on this hotel. You arrive and think wow and then you are met with the filthy carpets and rooms that are very sad

I was in Anmaria beach hotel for one and half a week there with my partner and it was very lovely, amazing experience,polite staff, helpful too. The food was very good, clean hotel and it was actually worth visiting especially going from there to the beach and relaxing, great for families and couples and sure we coming back probably on July or August.

Came on May, for a week with my family, very beautiful,clean, very polite and helpful staff, the food was very tasty too, rooms are excellent and etc. It is worth visiting and again soon, am very thankful with my family spending time there. I want to thank everyone there for every help giving me. It is worth visiting.

Anamaria beach hotel, had very nice experience with some friends from UK. We had best time of our lives nearby is the beach, really liked everything about the hotel, when it comes from staff, food everything. Very clean, polite staff and so ever. We have no regrets visiting, thinking about to come again with also with family and my friends again too. I want to thank for the hospitality gave us.

This is not a 4 star hotel! Man on reception very moody and miserable. Our key card for the room didn’t work once we got to the 2nd floor so came back down he put it through the machine and back up I went only to find it still didn’t work! Third attempt later we go into our room! Room is ok. The stairs that lead you from inside pool to outside pool the door is propped open by a full up ashtray! Sunbeds very cheap,old and uncomfortable. The ‘spa’ area was playing techno music, not relaxing at all! Had a massage only for someone to bang very roughly on the door four times by another staff member. I’d say this hotel is ok for the young clubbers but not for families.
