Great location, large comfy room with two doors onto an outdoor deck. Staff was ever so pleasant and attentive. Dinner was wonderful and fresh. Indoor pool is beautiful (outdoor was not open for season yet). Special callout to the Front desk staff and management- very helpful when I had a personal issue arise (thank you!).

Ive had an amazing week end at Palais des Cerisiers, the view was breath taking and the room was warm and cozy with fluffly pillows. The team was very welcoming and present answering to our every need. I definitely recommend for holidays with friends or family.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent garden. The property offers serene views of the mountains. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are small. Staff was excellent from front desk to restaurants. Had vegetable soup for dinner and it was lacking flavor. My Trout Tartar was delicious. My steak was tender but needed salt and pepper. Dessert was excellent. The pasta dish was okay. Mourad the server was outstanding.

The accommodations clean and updated. A true escape even though we were there on business. The food at the restaurants was so good and the olives... I will have to go back for. Service was impeccable. Staff and management were so sweet and attentive to us.

This trip was a combination of business and pleasure in the Moroccan highlands. The Palais is a terrific small hotel with a very accommodating staff. They all went out of their way to make our visit worthwhile, fun, and kept us well-fed. Great price for terrific accommodations. Close to both Azrou and Ifrane.

this is a fantastic place! first, you feel you are in the middle of the Switzerland mountains but with incredible morrocan hospitality! the service is absolutely amazing from the moment you set foot on the property to the time you leave The rooms are spacious and in good taste, reminding of a chalet, with a balcony facing the mountains. Breakfast is served at the table with a selection of marocain delicacies, jams, honey, and other goodies. Dinner was served in the main dining room, offering fresh fish, delicious first courses, and decadent desserts. I was on a business trip, and coming back every night to the hotel was a great break and relaxation from the busy days. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

La dernière fois qd j étais au palais, j étais comblé...3 ans après, je suis un peu déçu ! -La cuisine ,surtout , était limite chaotique ! Truite (valeur de la région) indisponible ??? Le thon non plus ! Qd même ! Ni les fruits de mer ! Le prix des plats est à revoir les amis, on s attend à mieux ! -Un lit pas du tout confortable dans une suite royale ,j ai du changer 2 fois en 3 nuits la face du lit... Ceci dit, je mets 3 étoiles pour saluer la disponibilité du personnel...leur sourire, leur bienveillance, sans nominer personne cette fois ci, mais ils sont tous là pour le client....tous secteurs confondus...voilà J aime beaucoup cet endroit, et j ai écrit cet avis un peu négatif, pour vous revoir dans des meilleures conditions..merci ! -

Hôtel très charmant. La suite deluxe est magnifique. On avait une super vue. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est bien. On a diné deux fois au restaurant c'était bon. Pas de soucis pour le stationnement. Bonne situation géographique pour découvrir la région.

Très beau séjour dans cet établissement agréable. Acceuil chaleureux et bienveillant et le personnel aux petits soins. La carte du restaurant est riche et variée avec plats exquis. Randonnée et pleines d’autres activités aux alentours. À refaire entre amis ou avec la famille. Sophia - Rabat
