Free parking monitored by camera. Nice decoration. Attention to detail. Hot shower. The owner/staff is very friendly goes above and beyond. Breakfast was the highlight: they don't have a buffet, instead they cook for you and serve in the garden. Very personal service. It's close to the highway but not far from the city center. We were positively surprised and will stay there again.

We've been traveling for months in Mexico and this place was absolutely the best place we stayed. The rooms are super tasteful, clean and comfortable and it's a great value. But the thing that stands out the most is the Owner Carmen--she's great! She can't do enough for you and cooks a gourmet breakfast everyday. My wife had an upset stomach the second day and she made her a special herbal tea and gave her an electrolyte formula to drink. She's one-of-a-kind!

I cannot praise this accommodation enough. The owner was so kind. She explained everything to us on arrival - what was worth seeing, what the prices were, what restaurants she would recommend. Even though she didn't speak English, she did her best. The location is great as we could walk to the city centre. The room was wonderful! Large and very tastefully furnished. The bathroom was also great. Everything was very clean. But the best thing was the breakfast! So delicious and every day we got something different. We were so happy with the accommodation (and the place) that we stayed an extra day.

This is a very sweet little hotel. It’s quite new with modern touches in the room that provide nice ambiance. Super immaculate, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the linens are good quality. The room is large with lots of space to hang clothes and store luggage. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. There’s a nice little outdoor courtyard where breakfast is served. We stayed three nights and were served three different and very tasty breakfast meals. The hotel is operated by a lovely family who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Great hotel with super friendly host and a very tasty self made breakfast. We got really good local recommendations and throughly enjoyed our stay in Bacalar.

Struttura recente, sopra la media. Pulitissimo, letti molto comodi, presente di piccolo frigo bar e cassaforte. Le titolari sono gentilissime, molto disponibili. Colazione super, ogni giorno cambiava menù e potevi metterti d'accordo con loro per qualsiasi esigenza o intolleranze.
Posizione strategica, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, la zona è tranquilla si può camminare tranquillamente a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questa struttura. Personale disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Camere pulite e confortevoli, con pulizia quotidiana. Colazione deliziosa con un menù ogni giorno diverso. Super!
