Location is very nice but nobody speak English and hasn’t any service That’s why I didn’t stay there

The staff was terrific! Breakfast was amazingly nice!!

We were made welcome, despite arriving with two dusty bikes on n the middle of the siesta, and having no common language. Our room was spacious, and had been carefully equipped to address our every need. It was also super clean, modern and newly decorated. We particularly loved the walk-in wardrobe. It was so nice to unpack and put all our gear away out of sight and out of the way. The hotel is located on the market square, which is stunning. In the evening you can enjoy a leisurely Italian dinner alfresco with the smell of the lime trees and the cobbles and the locals. Lovely architecture and decor throughout the hotel. Thank you

We booked a double room with an extra bed for our grandson and we were given a family room witch had a joining room which also he had his own bathroom just down the hallway if he wanted,or use ours,the rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was sufficient everything fresh.

Staff were very kind and friendly, accommodating to our needs. We were very comfortable and happy to stay here, would recommend!

SO clean you could eat off any surface! Room was nice and cool and spacious! Locks could be tricky. Some turn left others right. Not particularly close to any castles, but did have a grocery store and other shops within walking distance. Hotel is on the back of the building. Look for the plain M on the front of the building and a blue parking sign directing you through an alley. Loved this place. Staff friendly and inviting.

Need refrigerator in room

Wir waren mit unsere Familie über ein verlängertes Wochenende in einem großen Familienzimmer untergebracht (2 Schlafzimmer). Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Mit zwei Kindern wollten wir eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringen. Der erste Eindruck war ok, jedoch war die Heizung kalt. Ich bin zur Rezeption, und meldete dies. Herr Junior wollte jemanden beauftragen und sich wieder bei mir melden. Er tat dies, die Heizung sollte bald gehen. Jedoch blieb sie kalt. Ich rief die Rezeption gegen 20:30 an, niemand ging ans Telefon. Ich bin zur Rezeption, niemand war da. Später nochmal zur Rezeption, immer noch keiner da. Ich hab dann die Nummer angerufen, die im Internet stand und Herr Junior ging dran. Ich sagte, dass die Heizung immernoch nicht geht. Er sagte er hat dem Techniker Bescheid gegeben, mehr kann er nicht machen. Der Ton war absolut gelangweilt und lustlos. Ich sagte er soll mit ein anderes Zimmer geben, er fand das sehr amüsant und hat das Ganze ins Lächerliche gezogen. Es wäre wohl kein Zimmer frei. Zu dem Zeitpunt stand ich an der leeren Rezeption und konnte jede Menge Schlüssel sehen, beim Frühstück am nächsten Tag war kaum jemand da. Ich sagte er soll mir die Nummer von seinem Chef geben. Das wollte er nicht er sagte, er schickt den Techniker bei uns im Zimmer vorbei und legte auf. Es kam kein Techniker. Meine Frau, ich und unsere Kinder mussten in einem kalten Zimmer übernachten. Ich habe per ******* die Hotelleitung informiert. Keine Reaktion. Herr Junior wird bei mir als völlig inkompetenter und familienunfreundlicher Mensch in Erinnerung bleiben. Hoffe, dass viele dieses Hotel meiden.
