Habe im Juli 2021 eine Uebernachtung gebucht und dazu auch eine Buchungsbestaetigung erhalten.Bei Eintreffen am Hotel stelle ich fest dass das Hotel geschlossen ist.Ein weiterer Gast steht wie ich vor der Tuer und ist ebenso verdutzt.Anrufe bei der Hotline nutzlos,bei der Hotelnummer hebt keiner ab und es gibt keine Ansage.Vielen Dank fuer nichts.
