We stayed 2 nights at the top floor facing nature from the balcony. The Hotel is located in a very convenient place surrounded with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and very near to the bus-stop, railway station and to the very famous tourist destination Therme. Room was very modern with blue and red coloring, gave enough space and the bath was very nice too. The whole Hotel included corridors smelled good. Housekeeping ladies are very friendly and helpful too. Restaurant located ground floor with the view of garden is romantic. Included breakfast buffet spread had a good number of choice and tasty. The 3 course dinner was so much delicious, specially the beetroot soup. The restaurant agents are very friendly. The hotel was having a very wonderful walking area around filled with nature and lovely flowers. And a small number of bird cages. Here lives the hero of this hotel. The parrot named Conrad. Who warmly welcomes you saying "hallo, ich bin Conrad. Hast du etwas zum Essen?” When we replied no then come a simple reply Tschüss. The front desk lady at the pointing checkin was a little rude. She can be a little more friendly. But the gentleman sitting in same place at the point of checkout was really friendly, helpful and professional. Overall the stay with was lovely. Vitalhotel Ambiente is located near the railway station at Bad Wilsnack, Brandenburg. The well-designed hotel was rebuilt in 1995 and offers 58 rooms over 3 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide a nice a**osphere. The Kur Park is next door and at walking distance you find the large Bad Wilsnack Spa and graduation tower. Most guests are baby boomers seeking a cure and/or enjoying a pleasant time. Staffs are friendly. Our suite was spacious with a terrace, a good bed, adequate bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower over the bath, and a balcony with table & chairs. All was very clean. The window can be open and has a mosquito screens. Complimentary bathrobes & daily mineral water in the room. Free Wi-Fi Internet and parking. The passing trains are somewhat noisy in the night. All Covid-19 regulations are precisely followed. In July we found the sauna closed. The food in the restaurant is fine, however the menu appeared to be rather limited. Service is friendly and correct. A very good classical German buffet breakfast is served at the restaurant with ample variety: eggs made to order, cold cuts & cheese, bread and rolls, juices, cereals, fruit, milk, yoghurt, fruit juice & preserves, rolls & croissants and tea & coffees made to order. The a**osphere in Vitalhotel Ambiente is modern & comfortable and we had a nice stay. Highly recommended.
