If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival. On the ground floor : A private terrace of 20m2, with parasol, deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue. A living area with fireplace, TV and sofa. A dining area with table and 4 chairs; An open fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Separate toilets. Upstairs : A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, wardrobe/closet, bedside tables. A bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190 (or double bed 180x200), wardrobe/closet, bedside tables. A bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. You will of course find all the kitchen utensils, tableware, household utensils and drying rack necessary for a good stay. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are at your disposal in the laundromat reserved for the gîtes. For your comfort upon your arrival, household linen can be provided (disinfected and ironed) for an additional charge; the beds will be ready and you will have 2 towels per person (one large and one small). We are at your disposal: cot, high chair, if necessary, with supplement. You can park your vehicle safely and free of charge in the fully enclosed parking area. Wifi Internet access. The cottage is bordered by a landscaped park with tall trees and a petanque court. On the edge of the park, you will find, in summer, a 10x5 outdoor swimming pool to share, with a large terrace equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas. You can take beautiful invigorating walks or bike rides in the heart of the estate, between vineyards and scrubland. We have a few bikes on loan at your disposal.
