The hotel is an enchanting haven, meticulously designed to ignite tranquility, relaxation and romance. We had a garden suite which also had an amazing view of the ocean beyond the grass of the garden. The decor exudes an authentic charm, blending classic elegance with modern comfort seamlessly. Each element is thoughtfully curated, reflecting a timeless sophistication that invites guests to unwind in style. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating an atmosphere of relaxed refinement. From the tasteful furnishings to the subtle accents, every detail contributes to the overall sense of exceptional luxury and comfort. It's a space where tradition meets innovation, where guests can bask in the beauty of classic design while enjoying the convenience of modern amenities. The resort rooms are very large and spread out. We had tons of privacy. The gym offers a sanctuary for fitness enthusiasts. The restaurant we ate at had a special separate table that sits 2-4 by the fire, I would definitely recommend requesting that specific one. The secluded beach, with its soft sands and warm waters, invites moments of shared bliss and connection. There are huge terraced pools so you can have plenty of space. It was a dream for this introvert! The staff helping went above and beyond. Best of the best in Punta Mita! Thank you Sammi and team!

We stayed for a 3-night trip and had a wonderful experience. Part of the resort was closed for renovations/repair during our stay so we were bummed that we didn't get to enjoy one of the restaurants or the main large family pool, but staff went out of their way to accomodate. The rooms was beautiful, large and very clean. Service was definitely 5 star! Staff was very responsive via text message. When my Gluten-free/dairy-free wife mentioned how much she loved the chocolate welcome gift that had been specially prepared in our room upon arrival, they brought this again every day. The entire resort including the beach is beautiful. The Spa is a wonderful experience. All of the food we had was very good, but pricey. Be aware that all items have a 31% service and VAT charge on top.

I visited Susurros for our annual President's Club. I was so impressed by the beautiful property, the incredible spaces, the warm staff and incredible food. It's one of my favorite spots now and I can't wait to go back.

Very nice resort and we loved the workout retreat. The entire staff was amazing and so kind. We had the most amazing sound bath experience while we were visiting as well. This was our first time in Punta Mita, we would recommend this resort. We will for sure be going back!

Susurros is absolutely stunning! The resort is beautiful with no detail overlooked and the staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful! This resort is a must if you are traveling to the Puerto Vallarta region!

Lovely Property, great rooms, views, food, beach, pool. A 360 experience!!! I loved the food at Milpa and Boquita tacos are the best!

My husband and I just returned from a 5-night stay at Susurros Del Corazon and have added this to our top destination picks of all time! From the time we arrived until we left, we were treated like VIP family. The people are the magic, complimented by a stunning property. From the spa to the food, the room amenities and all of the personal touches, the Auberge brand has done it once again. Thank you for the hospitality - we are restored! Until next time…..
