Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Bell staff are great too. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping. Necessary items such as tissue were not replenished.

先説最大的雷：入住的第一晚，半夜睡得正香的時候，一個酒店工作人員突然刷卡闖入房間，被我趕出。後與前台核實是他搞錯了該去送東西的房間。客服經理與安保主管分別道歉並賠償了200美金的酒店內消費額，其實仍不算滿意，但出於不想多吵的心態就沒繼續追究。服務分就是扣在這件事從一開始就不該發生。
除此之外整體體驗其實不錯，酒店設施在美國算得上豪華，房間的海景陽台儘管是斜對海岸但視野依然不錯。絕大多數服務人員態度都非常熱情，並且能準確喊出我的名字。HSKP的表現則相對較差，打掃速度偏慢且不是特別乾淨。

I travel a lot, a know the difference between a $350 a night hotel and a $1000 plus a night hotel. St Regis cost me $1450 for one night and is perhaps the biggest rip off I have ever been subjected to. The entrance is awful. Decor is old. Elevators are not working. The pool area is pathetic and the main Greek restaurant a joke. I went there to eat last night at 8:30pm and there was NO ONE in the restaurant. The St Regis bar is more like a McDonals serving drinks. Awful.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but the overall service quality is just average. The bellboy was friendly, but the rest of the staff seemed to provide merely adequate service. They appeared somewhat aloof, as if they were more accustomed to serving old money. I had an unpleasant encounter with a rude individual while waiting for the elevator. Despite being ahead in line, this person aggressively cut in front of us and complained about our speed, although we were waiting for others to exit the elevator first. Initially, I thought this person was a guest, but upon seeing them again in the lobby the next day, I suspected they might be part of the staff. Regarding room and balcony cleanliness, it was passable, though not impressive. However, the view was indeed spectacular. It seems like the hotel might be catering to guests with higher spending expectations.

Sehr großes Luxushotel der Marriot Gruppe im vornehmen Stadtteil Bal Harbour. Strand direkt davor gut gereinigt und auch der Poolbereich ist im Topzustand. Große luxuriöse Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon und Meerblick. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon schloss im oberen Bereich allerdings nicht mehr vollständig, auch im Bad gab es erste Rostränder am Spiegel; das ist man in Europa in dieser Preisklasse (＞ 600 EUR pro Nacht) nicht gewöhnt. Der Service in Restaurants und Bars ist sehr gut, das Preisniveau entsprechend hoch.

Hotel é maravilhoso. Peca pelo serviço de entrega de encomendas que é péssimo e alguns detalhes da limpeza da sacada. Quarto muito confortável e espaçoso, mas, pelo preço, poderia ser melhor no serviço.

This place is fantastic. A five star stay with a great view, staff and location. They had a car service available which made it quite worth it.
