Very disappointed with the host's level of customer service. We accidentally booked the wrong date and wanted to adjust the dates for the correct dates. We reached out to the host in less than an hour, once we realized the mistake and they didn't offer a refund or date change. Basically, they just stole our money. If I could give zero stars I would.
