We loved staying at Geringsing. This was about our 4th time.
The beds seemed more comfortable this time not sure if it was the change of room or new.
We had mentioned getting new linen and pillows last time and they had stepped up and done so.
Good restaurant You And Me across the road with bands on a Thursday and Saturday

I spent 3 weeks there in the ocean view bungalows and this was my best stay within my 6 weeks Bali trip. Although the bungalows themselves are rather old and need some inves**ent, noisy Candi dasa street close by and no breakfast included, but it was all overbeaten by very helpful and supportive staff, cleanliness, amazing ocean view with sunrise and sunset, direct access to the beach, quite some privacy. Breakfast and other meals can be ordered to the room from the neighbor hotel Ashyana - the food is really good there! There are some nice places to see in the area - easy to go there by taxi for affordable price. Several Spa places just across the road, so you can make your daily massage routine - that's what I did. If I come to Bali again, for sure I will pay Geringsing a visit to experience this amazing feeling of peace and joy again.

The property was in the centre of town so it was possible to easily walk in either direction.
The property is run down and does not match its online description. The only toiletries are hand wash which is so watered down that it won't froth. There are only 2 fridges for 8 rooms. Once towels are taken in the morning there are none available until the laundry is returned late in the afternoon.
This property could be so much better with a little TLC.

We’ve just come back from a 5 night stay and we loved it. The bungalows are spacious, clean and the staff are so lovely. Location right on the beach was amazing and we loved being able to hear the waves from our bungalow. Pool is small but well maintained and we often had it to ourselves. We went next door to the Le Zat restaurant for breakfast every day and some dinners too. It’s attached to Ashyana resort which again the sea view alone are worth going to, but food was also great and staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, from the management down to all of the site staff. This was the third part of our holiday and it was our favourite. Candidasa is quiet but with with a good selection of restaurants, shops and hotels. 15 mins drive to the White Sand beach. We were really sad to leave.
