Заехал ночью, но заселили без проблем и дополнительных денег за номер Делюкс. Хоть отель и находится на оживленной улице и напротив идет стройка, однако это не мешает, шума почти нет. Персонал очень доброжелательный, все готовы помогать. Уборка производилась каждый день. Завтраки обычные, каждое утро одно и тот же меню, разнообразия нет, хотя кормили нормально. Есть фрукты. На первом этаже у отеля есть ресторан и небольшой массажный салончик. Парковки нет, байк приходилось оставлять на улице. Интернет ловил в отеле хорошо. В телевизоре есть одна программа на русском языке. По услугам все бюджетно.

You get what you pay for. It was a good price. One thing that would be really nice is a place to hang the bath towel in the bathroom. No towel bar or hook or nothing. The air-conditioning unit didn't seem to work so well. Fairly quiet place and typical Balanese friendliness.

Pros: genuinely kind staff, great value for money, Android TV. New restaurant was good (re-opened during our stay).
Cons: bathroom smell was a showstopper (we couldn't change room, so moved to another hotel), constant noise from construction, pool had strong chemicals. WiFi was patchy.

Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy but it’s the people who made the stay great. They were so accommodating and really went above and beyond for us. Extremely grateful and cannot thank them enough for everything they did during our stay.

We enjoyed our six day stay. Great location, wonderful staff and enjoyed the pool. Would return in a heartbeat. Private outside balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby and not far to night markets.

I stayed here a couple of nights due to a last minute flight cancellation. I wouldn’t stay here again. The is the biggest building site in Bali right opposite which operates 24/7. The noise is deafening. After one night with NO sleep whatsoever in a room in front of the hotel, I was moved to the back. This was quieter but the room was dark, worn out and very basic. Fridge and good a/c but no in room tea or coffee. Pay a bit more for somewhere much better and far, far away from ‘Icon Bali’. Best avoided.

Facilities are old but I was totally satisfied. High speed wifi, hot shower, dried room and bed are so comfortable.
I want to stay there again.

Handy location to beach and night markets. Great staff, friendly and there to help. Included breakfast was ok.
Bad parts were massive building site across the road so alot of trucks and building noise. Also alot of lights shining into the rooms due to upper windows have no blinds or curtains. Overall, the bathrooms especially are run down and could do with an upgrade but they are clean. I would stay again.
