Bali Bhuana Beach Cottages

We loved the quiet, peaceful tranquility of the resort. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant serves delicious meals - I recommend the Fish broth with turmeric and ginger. Location is superb right on the quiet end of the beach and the sound of the gentle waves is so relaxing. I was reminded of an earlier time, when Bali was not so fast paced , like the first time I visited in the 1970s.

Location is perfect, direct access to Lipah beach. You can walk only a few steps and get into the water to snorkel. Plenty of places to lounge and read. Simple restaurant and relaxing accomodation. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place to someone who wants to snorkel and relax. There is plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Everything you need is here for a relaxing break.

After spending several days in Central Bali my wife and I decided to come to Amed for our first visit to the coast. Bali Bhuana is quaint and peaceful place with very friendly staff. The restaurant and pool are situated with a great view with access to the beach. Being right on the beach makes it perfect for snorkeling or a leisurely walk by the ocean. The place is clean and perfect for a stress free stay in Amed.

We booked Bali Bhuana from a Sydney hotel room, waiting to test negative from COVID. What a lucky chance that was. As soon as we arrived here we both felt at ease and relaxed. The owner came to greet us and was happy and kind. The service here is attentive and personalised. The people working here are locals and they clean everything to a sparkle. We ate in the restaurant for the first three days, then decided to try other hotel’s food. We’ll be eating at Bali Bhuana from now on as the food here is much higher quality and the servers are friendly and helpful. Lipah beach is the best snorkelling beach in Amed and Bali Bhuana Beach Cottages is the friendliest, easiest and best fun place to stay on Lipah beach.

Great value hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good breakfast. Right on the beach for snorkeling. Refreshing pool. We had rooms 3 & 4. Loved the open air bathroom. Enjoyed eggs on toast & banana pancakes for breakfast. Rented a Vario for 60k for the day.

This was my first time in Bali and I would absolutely come back to this property. I stayed in the cottage and loved it. It was clean, cleaned daily, the staff were beyond friendly and it was like staying at a resort. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. The sunrises on the beach are stunning. The black sand is a special treat. The restaurant has a very diversified menu. The staff did their best to accommodate my food allergies. All in all, great experience. Definitely recommend coming here.

Super hôtel avec un très bon restaurant. Chambre spacieuse, climatisé. Possibilité de faire du snorkeling directement depuis la plage. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel si vous voulez apprécier pleinement la côte Nord Est de Bali. Merci encore !

Super hôtel, vue magnifique, pleins de poissons sur la plage devant. Chambre grande et propre, possible de louer matériels de snorkelling et des scooter directement sur place. Très pratique ! Le staff est super gentil et serviable.
