The hotel offers a magnificent view, one of the most beautiful we've ever seen. The place is quiet and very clean, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the availability of taxis to take us to the Munduk waterfalls, etc. But most of all, we would like to thank all the staff and personnel who were always helpful and available to us, always very smiling and welcoming. What a great place!! Fantastic views, great service, great food & drinks!! Go for the floating villas - worth the extra. It’s up high and then chilly in the morning and evening so bring a light sweater and jeans. Book a driver to take you around the waterfalls!

Munduk heaven luxury villas are built into the mountain and in a gorgeous spot facing the beautiful mountain range. Beautiful setting, good restaurant and bar at fair prices, extremely attentive staff. Scooters and transportation can be arranged by the staff at the reception. Thank you to the wonderful staff - they were very caring and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The restaurant food is very yummy and they do a fabulous huge breakfast each morning. One night I had the special hibachi dinner. It was a performance and meal in one. The views are amazing, the sunset is one the best I have seen in our month long travel in Bali.

We had such a great time. Staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable. A great variety of food to choose from. My partner had her birthday and they also made it extra special. Thank you Fajar and all the staff for everything. Thank you so much for making this such a great experience.

We stayed in one of the tree house suites. The views are great with mist coming down from the ridge opposite. It's very countryside with groves of clove trees and chickens crowing in the morning down in the valley. Meals are served in a big open space with some really vivid sunsets over the distant sea. They don't do wine by the glass unfortunately but the food and service was good. The staff were all friendly and professional. We also did the tour to the waterfall and rice terrace. This was quite fun as you drive your quad bike thing through the nearby villages to get to the forest so you get to see a bit of the local village life. The waterfall was great and absolutely no one else there.

Two of us stayed here for four nights. The accommodation was very pleasant with all we needed. Our location was very peaceful with lovely views of the mountains and countryside. We had a scooter, so were able to ride around area to visit local towns and attractions. The restaurant served a very good breakfast with the local Munduk coffee. Dinner and lunch was fair but probably a bit over priced. Service was friendly, but I must say a bit more training for staff is needed with no real direction from anyone in charge.

This hotel is simply unique! We spent two nights in a floating villa and had a wonderful time. The villa is big, in the middle of the forest and also has a private jacuzzi inside. Even if it is quite expensive, it is definitely worth the experience! The food is delicious and we also had hibachi with Febry: what a great time! The food and the show were amazing! There is a spa where you can get a relaxing massage.

We had a lovely stay at Munduk Heaven for our honeymoon. It was in a great location to have access to the sights of the Munduk region, and our floating cabin was a wonderfully unique type of lodging. It was very fun to feel like you were staying in the middle of the jungle, and the large rooms were very comfortable. The property is fairly tricky to get around, with a lot of stairs and slick walkways with the rain,which wasn't a problem for us, but could be difficult for less mobile travelers. We had to wait over an hour to check in, and our room wasn't ready when we arrived well after the normal check in time. Even though the staff was very accommodating and helpful, it seemed like there weren't enough staff to quickly attend to all the guests. The restaurant service was fairly slow, but overall the food was good. I would recommend a stay at Munduk village as long as you're aware of the few minor shortcomings of the property.

The property is beautifully situated on the mountan slopes overlooking the valley below. The views are amazing, the sunset is one the best we have seen in our month long travel in Indonesia. The hotel architecture and decoration are exceptional. The staff was very helpful and eager to address our needs. The menu accommodates any taste. The food quality and presentation are great. Our special thanks to the hotel general manager Mr. Fajar Asmara. He went out of his way to ensure we had the great stay. I strongly recommend the hotel. If you are in the mood to splurge a little, I would suggest considering the villas.
