The hotel is provide an amazing and unforgettable safari experience that you are living in a safari and the swimming pool is next to Zebra and Rino Den. But the hotel room is a bit old, TV doesn’t work properly and hair dryer is too old. Overall, this is a nice hotel for the family to have an enjoyable holiday.

設施：房間裏面類似於300一晚的賓館，但水上樂園很好玩 很適合小朋友
衞生：很多小蟲子（壁虎、馬蜂、螞蟻） 打掃衞生也不是很乾凈 桌上東西基本不會收
服務：餐廳服務員的態度很好，反而前台打電話叫退房的態度很差勁
畢竟大家來住這家酒店是為了動物園，將就一兩晚還是可以的

適合帶孩子，看動物很方便，都住在動物園裡了就不要求飲食和衞生了。。。

Nice place to stay, the view from our bedroom was to giraffes, in the morning we went to feed elephant, it was amazing, during the day we was walking in the park where you can see all animals and even pet and feed some of them. We also had good breakfast at buffet, big choice of food. But also was some annoying things like crying all night child in the next room (would be good if there will be areas for guests with children), room and bathroom was in the bad condition, dirty and damaged.

The room air conditioning was cold, the room spotless and the views were amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the night was quiet and easy to sleep. The pool was refreshing and once again the view amazing. Lovely way to relax and spend time walking around the park. The restaurant food was delicious and plentiful, next time we just need to book for two nights instead of one!

Excellent property, with good sized rooms and buggy service to and from rooms reception. Our 4 and 6 year old had an awesome time at the property, since we visited the safari everyday. Tsavo restaurant with the lions and meerkats is amazing. A good breakfast spread and appetising options for dinner. They also offer a dinner buffet since there are many tour groups that visit for the night safari. The pool is quite small, but overlooks the zebras and rhinos, so it is nice. Service staff are fine, meet expectation. The only downside, was being charged Sgd 20 for ONE water glass being broken. Seemed excessive, but the place is priced at the higher end for their unique offering. Definitely a place where kids have a blast and gives adults a different style of Bali experience.

Me and my daughter spent a terrible night here in Mara. Can't sleep because of the bedbugs itchy experience. Spoke to the manager in charge they only offer late check out and spa?? They event asked me to pay for medicine after they called me a nurse. Such a bed experience I ever had.

Beds are hard as concrete. Woke up with a very sore back. Rooms full of spiders & lizards. Food is not nice & expensive. Some staff in restaurant very rude. Rooms do not include dinner. Go for day experience but do not stay or eat. Great food 5kms down the road at Komune Beach Club with an amazing view of the beach & kids movies under palm trees. They have beautiful food & staff.

We stayed here for 2 night and it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed waking up to the zebras and seeing the giraffes and elephants in close proximity. However the room was not cold, we stayed in 112 and the air conditioning was not optimal and everything else in the room was basic. The food in Tsavo lion restaurant too was pricey and a very much let down. The quality of the food is what you can expect in a 3 star hotel. Lacks of variety, pricey and also cold. The Uma restaurant within the property is an option but it closes at 4.30pm which is not ideal if you want to grab dinner. Staffs were friendly in general though the ones handling the elephant in the morning near the lobby seemed tired and bothered having to warn guests not to stand to close. Overall it’s a good experience but we couldn’t wait to check out after 2 nights due to the food and lack of amenities in terms of comfort of the room.
