My favourite hotel in Ubud. Amazing place.
Fantastic staff, good service, delicious food.
If I come to Bali again, I have decided to stay there again.

There was no hairdryer and too less plugs in our room. However, everything else was great and the service was along the best, we've ever experienced:)

Absolutely incredible stay! Fantastic staff - especially at the restaurant recommending dishes for us etc, room service was incredible and well priced, pool was beautiful with great views. Don’t listen to people complaining about the location, no it’s not in the centre of Ubud, but how would it be and be in a wonderful setting in the jungle too? 10/10 would recommend, even as five star hotels go this is very up there. (They gave us a free room upgrade too). Wild monkeys can be seen too but don’t take over the resort, deer on site, they buggy you from the restaurant to your room, free afternoon tea and activities also on daily!

Very secluded and not easy to reach but you will feel completely disconnected from the outside world. Amazing view from the restaurant overlooking the jungle and the river

Our favorite hotel in Ubud is under renovation and I have been looking for a similar place for a long time and I made the right choice.
I don't understand the negative reviews left here.
The hotel corresponds to the star rating.
Everyone has gone through a difficult time. But the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast, everything is super.
We went for unity with nature and got what we dreamed of 💖🙏

Amazing place! A bit far from the city centre of Ubud as this place is located around a forest/jungle. Having a car or arranged driver is a must. Otherwise, big problem to get around. We had our personal tour guide/driver named Yogi! He toured us around Bali! He had vast intelligence of Bali!! He was patient and understanding, passionate about his job and always so kind and smiling and just beyond exceptional! Would personally request for him again when we come back to Bali!
Our stay here was wonderful! It had everything we wanted! The room views were incredible as well as the staff! Every single staff looked after us and very attentive, kind and provide topnotch service. They were all lovely! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful view and cold swimming pool with a view, this is perfect! Monkeys were present as well on the surrounding areas! Food was fantastic, very well presented and tasty! Amazing breakfast and dinner! The complimentary afternoon tea was also available which made us more welcomed as well as welcome drinks and wipes! Such an incredible hotel! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ALL THE STAFF HERE WERE AMAZING!!!!! My boyfriend and myself were really pleased we stayed here! Extended 1 more night to and given special discount! plus when you book a tour with them! EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL!

It has been an incredibly distressing and inhumane experience. Despite a doctor's certification stating that my child was unfit to continue our vacation, the company has failed to refund our money. Adding to the frustration is the fact that the doctor who provided the certification was arranged by the same company. This lack of accountability and compassion is deeply troubling. Not only have we had to deal with the disappointment of cutting our vacation short due to unforeseen circumstances, but we've also encountered a complete disregard for our well-being and rights as customers. It's profoundly disappointing to have trusted in a service only to be met with such negligence and disregard.
