We left this hotel as there were rats running in the woven cane ceiling all night. The water did not go down the plug when having a shower and we were provided with a plunger. The bedding was a soiled brown sheet and two rock hard pillows and the aircon was not working. This is the worst place we have stayed at in Bali and we have been visiting for over 20 years so we are quiet open minded. The toilet was filthy. I do not know how they get a 4 star rating!!! A positive was the pleasant female staff who were friendly. My photos illustrate my complaints.

Once again did not disappoint Check in at Relax Beach Resort. close to restaurants and cafes. Very clean, beautiful and they are always concerned with us for what is lacking (if any) in the room, can heating water and coffee / tea

Небольшой отельчик на берегу моря. Два номера подороже смотрят прямо на воду, остальные в сад и друг на друга. Начну с хорошего - команда , которая Вас обслужит - выше всяких похвал. Все стараются помочь вам и решить ваши вопросы. Ни одно ваше слово без внимания не оставят. Все просьбы выполняются! Завтраки очень сытные , хоть выбор и ограничен! Прекрасный вай-фай! Море живописное. На специальных рукотворных молах стоят красивые беседки. Пляж между молами небольшой, но купаться можно, особенно справа от отеля. Правда специальная обувь и не помешает! Камни присутствуют. Отель старенький. Проблем много. С сантехникой все сложно, неудобные огромные умывальники из натурального камня, краны , струя из которых проходит в сантиметре от стенки мойки, поэтому даже руки помыть неудобно, старые душевые стойки, бьющие крайне неравномерно и с плохим напором. Кондиционеры меньше 22-23 градусов не дают, поэтому в номерах даже одеял нет. Вода в бассейне долго самоочищается. И так далее и так далее. Все это несложно подправить, но , судя по всему никому не нужно. Может из-за низкой цены на услуги. Здесь и правда недорого. В этом отеле нам два номера обошлись значительно дешевле , чем любой один номер в других отелях в этом путешествии. Рядом много неплохих кафешек. Напротив обменник с хорошей ценой обмена. Для путешествий с семьей по северо-востоку Бали можно недорого рядом с отелем договориться с водителями такси.
