Hotel Berliner Ring

This was a no-frills hotel quiet, clean and we felt secure. Unfortunately, I thought it was a bit over-priced for the location and no on-site restaurant. Would not recommend if you want to be near tourist attractions. The reception was easy and offered good information. Breakfast was traditional continental European breakfast.

Didn't like much. Limited hrs for elevator, High prices for breakfast (we thought in was included) Hotel really needs an upgrade.

Not bad Very weak internet wireless connection you can not do any surfing in the internet Cleaning is good Rooms are very cold no heating Breakfast is ok , not too bad Reception is ok , not friendly but ok 35 mins by walking to the Bamberg center No special parking area you can park somewhere in front of the hotel

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff lacking in personal hygiene, lousy facility looking like a dismissed hospital, very poor breakfast and not central al all. Furthermore, the level is definitely not a 3 stars, it looks more like 1 or 2. Wifi not working in our room. Very pricey for the experience you get. I would not recommend it.

first point to summarize what is coming: THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH - IT ISN´T A 3 STAR HOTEL!!!!!! - check in was totally unprofessional and messy: the receptionist didn´t welcome or greet us at all. We felt immediately in the wrong place. Furthermore, the receptionist was poor in her personal hygiene and professional presentation and wanted clearly to end the check in process as quick as possible. She even tried to do the check-in to both us and another couple who was waiting behind us. Never experienced a trea**ent like this before, not even in 1 or 2 stars hotels. - the location of the hotel is really ugly, ghetto, and not central at all - breakfast very poor and shabby. Not even possible to get a cappucino: they don´t have it (3 stars?!) The food looked very discount like and sad. - the entire builiding looks like an old, sad hospital - all the staff looked totally unmotivated - the Wifi didn´t work in our room and when we asked for assistance we didn´t even get an expression of apology for that. Simply "it is that way". - the check out was again very dry: again the feeling that the staff doesn´t care at all about their clients - price: for the price we paid we expected a total different kind of experience, overall. We felt really scammed and robbed, it was hard to pay that. To make the situation even worse: we noticed on Booking there are much more central hotels, better rated, costing more or less the same. Very bad! - ADVICE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: don´t put 3 stars, the hotel is 1 or 2 stars. Lower the price. So the clients won´t feel scammed for what they get in the end.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel und trotz der etwas abgelegenen Lage gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

L'albergo si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal centro, la fermata è proprio dietro all'albergo. C'è un parcheggio per le macchine con disponibilità anche di una farmacia e un supermercato. Camera pulita. Colazione buona.

Zimmer sind einfach aber nett eingerichtet und sauber, das Frühstück bedient viele Vorlieben, durch die Lage an zwei größeren Straßen gut zu erreichen. Das einzige Manko: Möchte man abends noch etwas essen, braucht man de facto das Auto. (ÖPNV aufgrund der späten Ankunftszeit und des Wetters nicht ausprobiert.)
