I am really shocked with oyo services,how can a company like oyo do like this,i did booking three times for same hotel kalka ji residency(delhi)on 27 th,28th feb,2022, which was most suitable to us every time company congratulate us about booking (booking done),while we go in the hotel ,hotel persons asking for extra 2000 (two thousand),while we talk to oyo they feel apology and said ,you plz deposit this money to hotel we will send you back,we feel surprised,mistake is on oyo part but asking money from us,oyo manger did request minimum 100 times to kala ji residency hotel,but they denied.(it is happening at 11:30pm),we are feeling so helpless. another time oyo manger feel extrem apology and did booking for us in pr glaxy (delhi kalka ji),manger name was mittu,he promised with me that this time no mistake will happen ,after doing booking ,massage coming to me about booking done for two persons,while we reached in hotel again hotel is asking for 2000 rupees extra payment beacuse he showed me oyo manger has booked for one person ,i m showing on my oyo application that he has made this for two persons but he denied and showed me his massage that booking is for one person again i talked to oyo customer care again oyo manger requested 100 times to hotel manger but he again denied,(hotel owner of kalka ji residency and pr galaxy is same)i can't understand about hotel and oyo understanding oyo's level scam with hotel mangement but its really so harassing and shocking behavoiur by oyo management one should be alert. i requested on customer care about refund my booking amount till now again and again asking for my bank details ,i send twice but no response about refund.big scam is there be careful everybody.today is 5th feb 2022
