Rooms are clean and good enough for the budget. Staff are supportive for help. Easy to locate the place.

Poor customer service. They are not at all reachable. It's a 3 star hotel and nobody is picking the call or responding to the mail. Even the makemytrip service team failed to reach the hotel. Not a fit location for business travels.

When we checked in at first the room given to us wasn't what we had booked. When i asked them to change they said we haven't posted these pictures. I told them i have booked room of 257 sq ft delux with sofa and they denied that they have any rooms with sofa. The room given to us was very small and suffocating. I told them that i can't stay in that room because i have breathing issues and we will suffocate. After so much of requesting and discussion they finally gave us the room we had booked. The room had only one towel for two people, even upon requesting they didn't provide another towel. There were too much noise coming inside the room even when the room windows were closed. Food options with nandanas were very limited and expensive for the quality and taste. The *** and woman sitting at the reception during our check-in were rude. We have stayed at la sara other outlets before but we had worst experience with la sara comforts comparing others. I hope this feedback helps and the necessary improvements will be done for better stay.

This hotel is in the same premises as the famous nandan palace marathahalli. Location is a great value add as it's near the corporate offices and bus stand. Rooms are neat and clean. Definitely safe for family as well. Recommended for business travels as well.
