The hotel rooms were pretty clean. The breakfast was decent too, and kitchen staff was happy to serve fresh. The staff was polite, but not too cooperative with reasonable requests. For eg, they wouldn't give even one extra towel or mug or glass when requested. Spoons given by room service with the wooden ones, not steel. Gave a penny-pinching vibe.

Room services like cleaning not good and very casual approach. Breakfast is also very average and they serve only breakfast and dinner.

It was a peaceful stay and the staff was friendly. I didn't have anything from the hotel so i can't really say about it. Except that the amenities they provide is really great

The stay was really nice. Good food, clean rooms, nice area. Above all very good price. I really loved staying here.

It was a pleasure staying in the hotel. Although there are couple of things they can improvise. Especially wifi speed, placing a mat in the room to dry wet feet.

Washroom is not operational despite doing complaint hotel don’t provide any solution, even food is also not good

Very bad management and money minded people willing to charge for very small things. I have stayed for 5 days and room service was not there on 3 days. Full of mosquitoes coz there's empty land just beside and nothing like photos, washroom has plumbing problem. Ac has some problem. Very bad experience.

The rooms were clean and neat. There is an office table and chair provided to work. It's a pure business class hotel. Highly recommended by me
