Welcome drink upon arrival as good after a long walk from BTS. Nice view and clean spacious room. Quiet environment and safe place. Warm feeling.

The room was quite pretty, with a big window. Clean sheets, clean towels, however, the TV counter was a bit dirty (probably aged).
It was a good stay though! I would definitely recommend it.

Nice central location close to hustle and bustle but on a quiet street. BTS ploen chit only a few minutes walk. Cute rooftop pool, nice to sit at night. Friendly and helpful staff. The floor in my room had not been cleaned as had food crumbs. Otherwise clean. Bed fairly comfy but pillow hard pillow. Complimentary water and good wifi connection

Hotel Icon though a no frills hotel, offers 3 food and beverage outlets. 2 bars, one on the ground floor and the other at level 6. The last outlet is a coffee house located at level one.
The receptionist that attended to me at the front desk speaks excellent English. Works very well under pressure. Many guests including myself were checking in and out at the same time.
She single handedly managed everything by herself. At no point in time did she lost her cool! Impressive!
It's a short walk to the Sukumvit road where McDonald's and a supermarket can be found at Ploen Chit Centre.
Ploen Chit BTS is also within walking distance.

My friends and I (3 pax) booked for 3 rooms. We didn’t get to check in after 2pm as they were fully booked. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had king size bed. My friends’ room were good but my room (301) wasn’t so ideal. The bathroom drainage was choked once I turned on the shower. I feedback to the reception when I went out in the day after the first 2 nights. On the 3rd, I bumped into the housekeeping. They got the plumber to check. It was fine. The problem was with the drain cover. If it’s closed back, the water doesn’t flow swiftly. So I got to be very carefully that my bottle caps don’t fall into the drain. I have requested for iron but it wasn’t delivered. Upon checkout, the housekeeping feedback to the reception that my friend has taken a packet of Loacker from their mini bar. But we have bought a bag full of titbits from Big C and she even had a bun in her backpack. Later in our taxi ride towards airport, I asked my friend if she had left tips for housekeeping, she said she has forgotten.

Not suitable for single lady, alley is very quiet at night

This 4 star hotel is cheap and good . Location is good near the place I wanna go. Hotel clean & staff is nice . The place is quiet.

There is no charging on bed of head side I would like to on the bed and using me mobile phone if improve that will be better

A "value-for-money" hotel. We had requested connecting room, but was replied that could only be arranged with extra charge . Yet, when we checked-in, we were lucky that connecting room could be arrnaged without extra charge. That made our trip much happier and more convenient as we were of a family. Besiudes, staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended!!!

Hotel is in a good location and isn't bad for the price. Gym and pool are both small. Room is above average. Food in restaurant is good. Main reason to stay here is the location. Not far from BTS and restaurants
