Nice and cosy room that is super near the bts. They have malls conveniently available to fulfill your shopping needs.

This hotel is centrally located right next to bts station and very convenient. Rooms are very clean. Pool is decent size. Sauna is great very big. Gym is lacking a little in terms of equipment. Beds are a bit hard and did hurt my back after a couple of nights. Overall tho this hotel was a great stay. Staff was super friendly. Would recommend

Everything is good, I am really enjoy for the stay. The front desk staff reserved a pool-viewed for me. GREAT! Will visit again.

The service is very slow . Some of the Staffs are not polite . Was given cash deposit for check in but never give any receipt end up have to wait longer time for check out for them to check. Seem like no proper system to capture all these important information. Wanted to borrow umbrella to fetch my friends from BTS but was told to get it from our room instead of lending us first. My friends were stuck in BTS with their room card. Never top up toiletry daily . Overall was bad experience. Will not be back.

Location was convenient for taking the Sukhumvit BTS line (mere 2-3 min walk to Ploen Chit train station). There's also 7-11 nearby and F&B, massage and malls nearby. We could walk to SiamParagon from the hotel by cutting through the malls. Room was pretty clean and sauna was great. However one disappointment was that the TV was not working for 4 out of the 5 days we were there, until a technician came on the 4th day (despite our numerous calls in the first few days).

Location wise quite convenient, 5mins walking distance to central embassy,would be nicer if hotel provide spa service

The hotel is located in a very good area. Walkable to most of the places. There is a train station just below the hotel. The hotel is clean and their bed is really comfortable. Most of the receptionists was good but would expect to be more friendly. Overall great experience. Thank you.
