The location of this hotel is very good .It is only a five-minute walk to Sukhumvit Station and Nana Station. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There are shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby. The room is large enough and the bathroom has a bathtub, but the shower head cannot be moved and is not convenient to use. I accidentally broke a cup and informed it when I checked out and the staff said "never mind ". I am so sorry for my carelessness and thank you .
When I reserved I made a note to arrange for a higher floor because I tend to have insomnia ,but when I checked in, I was still assigned a room on the second floor. Fortunately, after communication, I got a room on a higher floor. I really want to know, what principle does the hotel use to arrange room for guests? Nationality? Booking time? Guests need? Residence time? Check-in time? I hope that in the future, the staff can take the legitimate requests made by guests in advance seriously, and do not turn guests into people who must be angry to be treated fairly.

Location is not as convenient as the Sumkhuvit hotels. The only saving grace is the SamYan Mall opposite, but even its Big C supermart is relatively small. Staff are all courteous and mroe than amiable to assist in any way. But at the end of the day, if VALUE for MONEY is your cup of tea, you couldnt go wrong staying here.

Hotel has 8 floors, mine is Premium King Room on the 7th for 5 nights.
Did not visit the roof pool as it was raining throughout my stay.
Location is great as it is just 3min walk to Asoke MRT. If you like night life, soi cowboy and few bars are just stone throw away with 24hrs Mcdonalds and other fast food.
Hooters bar is just besides hotel's lobby. Massage near the hotel is cheap starting from 200baht(before 10pm).
Not quite suitable for family as there are lady and ******* just within 50m of the hotel premises eagerly seeking to serve you :-D
Shopping wise there's Robinson and Terminal 21, if you are bored just walk or take a BTS to Siam area.
Bathroom shower gel and shampoo smell good too. The housekeeping will replace any opened item daily without fail.
Overall satisfied with the stay and will give a 5 stars for a 4 stars hotel.

Location is great, room is spacious, staff is very very friendly- that's the core of Thailand hospitality :)
Will I be back again? most probably yes if the rate are beatable. No Regret!

**The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. **Breakfast has very good variety of choice, all well prepared, and served in a nice a**osphere with beautiful settings. **The rooftop pool and bar are also very enjoyable. **Many nice restaurants, bars, and massage shops nearby, also very short walking distance to the BTS station and the terminal 21 shopping center ( The hotel also provides free shuttle tuk tuk). **All staff provide very nice service. **We especially thank Mr. Phoom for his warm, attentive service, which made our stay at this hotel even more pleasant. **We definitely would come back when we visit Bangkok next time.

Overall very good and honest housekeeper. I left my phone charger after checkout and subsequently received email on the matter. Manages to ask a friend to collect on my behalf

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel, recommended by a friend.
The hotel location was excellent.. very near to MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Ask.
The breakfast spread is consider good for a 4 star hotel.
The room size is good even if you have 2 or 3 big luggages.. but the bed is not so comfortable.. think is due to long service.. the spring has already sunken in.. pillows given were too soft..
The swimming pool on the roof top is just a small one ... Probably not so suitable for families with children.
Overall experience is still considered good and enjoyable...

Nestled right inside Soi 15 this is walking distance to Asok BTS - 3 stations and you are in Siam Paragon. A 10 minute short Walk and you are in Terminal 21. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the 4 points at Sheraton - they do their best for you and I will return back again for sure. I have stayed in their presidential suite many times and it’s always lovely koo- something about the pillows and bed gives you a good nights rest and the toilet is great too!
Presidential Suite Room 718 people! This time I didn’t particularly take many pics as I was just enjoying the moments - till next time …
