Not worth the price with better options around. Staff and service was fine though. Cleaning wasn’t good. They wouldn’t clean a lot of the room.

Price is reasonable. Little bit of a far walk down the alley in hot humid Bangkok weather. They do provide a shuttle service to the main road til 10pm.
They have a pool but not very clean. Didn’t see anyone take a swim.

Cosy & nice hotel tucked away in Sukhumvit 12… however they removed the buggy service that was available previously so it takes 5-10 mins to walk out onto the main road which is a hassle!

Good location, near many attractions, restaurants and entertainment. Friendly staff. Overall, a good experience. Would happily stay again on next trip to Bangkok.

I would highly recommend your services to friends and family.
The booking process was simple, we received great customer service from a number of staff members. As we kept moving our travel dates due to the covid travel restrictions the whole process could not have been smoother.
Payments could be made in instalments and all the paperwork was sent well in advance of our trip.
The pricing from Travelonline is great value and the resort chosen was "the best ever".
We will be using your services again in the future, and thank you for arranging such an amazing family holiday for us.
However, the location is a little off for me.

No rickshaw as it has before but around that hotels are provided to the main road. I asked the receptionist to book the car to airport and they charged me 500 baht include the highway but it is end up no driving in that way. So just reminded them not to cheat the guests in this way.

This is not even a four star hotel compared to the 3 star Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations unlike Galleria 12 which is much much worse. Firstly, the hotel is located very very away far from the main road and it was terrible to walk about 10 minutes to the train station. Then the hallway to the room was very dark and the next issue was the housekeeper spoke very loudly early in the morning disturbing our sleep. Also, the front desk staff did not fulfill my room type request, even my request could be fulfilled. Very disappointed with the service provided. Gym not well maintained..

Room was clean and neat, hotel to BTS just a walking distance. But one thing made us disappointed was the door was not soundproof.

I didn’t stay this hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel. And next Second I called and asked for cancel. And told about my situation. But they Didn’t care about that. They said Unfortunately they cannot cancel. Actually that is my bad for not Checked before I confirmed. But I never booked this hotel.
