Located near Nana BTS station which is good.
Room is clean and spacious. Although located near pubs, room is quiet and able to rest well.
Not much shopping like pratunam area. Up to individual’s priority on cleanliness comfort vs convenience to shopping area. For the price, I could not find a hotel in pratunam area for a room like that, so I chose to stay here.

I have to admit, I am impressed. Clean, well located, kind staff, great room. There is nothing negative I can say for what I paid. Also you can't hear anything from the streets to bother you. I will use this hotel again for a short trip.

Have a feeling that the front desk staff are not happy working there. Met 2 different staff during check-in and checkout and they gave me a vibe that they are unwilling.
At least the guy at the service desk is helpful.
A lot of Arabs and Indian are staying in this hotel.
Room wise it is clean but the toilet needs some serious maintenance.

I stayed at the hotel for one night but I enjoyed my stay. Nana plaza is right around the corner. The location of the hotel is great.

Poor service and amenities from the hotel. Tends to get really cold in the room and amenities aren’t replaced.

Full of Indians disturb. Poor restaurant, I have bought breakfast package, but I forgave that . No bellboy 😔

Hotel is near many amenities and Nana BTS. Indeed very convenient. The room is very clean.
Unfortunately, was initially given a room (supposedly upgrade) that has an aircon leaking. Shared with the counter staff (afternoon shift) and she was not polite.
Insist to have the room that we originally booked without upgrading. We are more than happy.
Overall the stay there was pleasant and comfortable.
