服務很差，前台英文很爛中文也聽不懂，難溝通，態度也很差！我們到了要9000泰銖的按金，我朋友過幾個小時去辦理入住的就不要，不知道前台眼睛長在哪裡為什麼區別對待。酒店位置不好，交通很不方便，房間下面就是城鐵，很吵！睡眠輕的別考慮了。一無是處，下次不會再住了。早餐也就那麼回事，住了一個多禮拜早餐完全沒變化，非常一般，水果衹有最便宜的木瓜和西瓜。行政酒廊幾乎可以忽略，可用時間衹有兩個小時，
晚間雞尾酒和熱/冷開胃小菜 包括下午 5:30 開始供應的酒精飲料- 下午7時00。一般這個時間都不在酒店，衹用了一次，所謂開胃小菜就是炸蝦片之類的

The staff at the front desk could have been more polite and kind , rooms are ok location is not suggested , off location you need your own bike or a car for sure ,

Hotel location is in 10 minutes walking to any small shop or cafe. Road doesn’t have pedestrian side so it’s quite dangerous. I ordered wine 1350 bht, and got a call from room service informing that wine is 1600. So I can accept or cancel order. Lobby sofas have dusty traces of tables, - when workers were cleaning floor they put tables above sofas. Leaving sofas dirty. Hotel is unattended. Room didn’t have toothbrush… a lot of small issues which make me uncomfortable in there…

It’s clean . The bed so comfy .staff very friendly. Good breakfast . Good price . I would stay here again.

It was a short layover before returning home. Chose it cause it’s nearer to the airport and right smack at makkasan but beware it’s quite a walk unless u make use of the hotel tuk tuk to drop u at the station exits. An alternative we tried was walking along the railway road but there weren’t really walking paths and u would need to hurdle over the railway tracks and also cross a very busy traffic. Luckily the guards saw us and helped us to cross over.
Hotel breakfast was simple and fuss free. Staff service was good and thats my only memory for this hotel

No store or restaurants anywhere in the vicinity. I asked for a room away from the elevator but I guess they must have thought I wanted to be close to it…. Lost in translation.
Beds were soft and comfortable.Thats the most important thing outside of having a good AC unit.

酒店環境優雅，現代化感十足，大床很舒服，無邊游泳池也很漂亮，早餐為西式早餐，品種相對單一，總體房間性價比很高，樓下附近無其他商店，出門需要打車，其他都很ok，裝修可算五星級！
