房間挺大，服務很好。地段非常好，全是大商場，還有夜市。性價比很高！

Customer service is fast and good. Location still acceptable, walking distance to platinum Mall, big C about 10 to 15 minutes. There are a lot of massage shops near the hotel so after shopping it is convenient to walk in for a foot massage. There's a sky bar in the hotel and you can go for a drink at night. Overall is satisfied.

All the staff are friendly, helpfull and nice. It almost feel like home. Special thanks to the 2 "uncles" (bell boy). My son love them that he look forward to seeing them everyday and cried when we are leaving.
Hotel breakfast is nice. Could be more helpful with less pork menu. ⁹
Starbucks is just at the lobby. Fast coffee fix. But, i wish they close a little bit later than 10pm so that we can chill at the pool side with coffee.
Good room cleanliness. Please maintain the furniture as it is getting older. It will boost the hotel image. Better pillows pls. Too soft.
Massage is just at level 1. Convenient and safe for those with kids.
Prefer to have a self laundry room in the hotel. Then it will be perfect.
Location is good surrounded by markets.

位置應該是比較中心，沒多遠就各大商場，走出去有按摩便利店，就是打車好多司機都不知道

距離BTS phaya Thai 有段距離，門口隱蔽 ，11點後商場關門後必須要酒店正門入 否則必定後悔。建在舊商場上面的酒店 ，附近大部分都係食印度菜。但有Indy market 係附近可以行夜市 多野食 15-20分鐘可步行至central world

Over all it's a nice hotel, IF you get the right room. I like the location and the hotel has a very good breakfast. However, when I first check in, I was told they don't have a room with one large bed, and can't get me one until 3-4 days later. So I took the room they have me, I noticed heavy smokey smell. the AC had to be running on high in order to masked the smell. Once we were outside in the hall, we saw other guests had their doors open and smoking, that's when I realized they gave me a smoking room on a smoking floor when I booked non-smoking. I made a complaint the next day on their survey, the manager contacted me and somehow they had a non-smoking room with a single bed available. So long story short, would I stay there again, yes but only if I get the room that I reserve for and they don't lie about it.

Had a great stay at Centara, the location is good, near to Pratunam Market and walking distance to main shopping street. Maasage shop is just at downstair of hotel, this is a plus after a tiring day, just take lift down will do for massage. Thanks to hotel staffs for the surprise birthday cake on my birthday!

Amazing place for the price per night. Convenience of the rooftop bar and in room food service was great. Love the cleanliness and housekeeping service too.
