My Hotel Pratunam

We left our bags at the hotel about 10.30am. We wanted to check in so that we can be allocated to the better rooms and not the "balance" rooms. (former hotel staff) However, we were told to just leave the bags and checked in when we came back. We came back only 12 hours later. We booked for 3 nights. But ended up staying for 2 hours. Because it is that horrible. I have stayed in cheap hotels for the convenience and prior to this hotel, we spent a night at a hostel and it was SO MUCH CLEANER. Please find photos attached. 1. Ants on bedsheets/towels. -first occasion, "ok nvm, prolly i brought it from outside" -second and consecutive occasions "NOPE I AM OUT OF HERE" 2. Toilets - it is a far cry from pictures shown. Pictures on the internet shows really clean toilets, no black, algae stains. Will attach photos for this. 3. Fridge -leaking inside, at this point im just wondering if everything was cleaned. 4. WRONG ALLOCATION OF ROOM -I booked for a double even though there was alot of options for 2 single bed. I booked for a double - this is not a request. I understand when there are options for requests for eg. non smoking/smoking. This was not. When i unlocked my hotel room and called them. Their reason "we are fully booked??" and they can only moved me the next day. So after we confirmed a reservation at another hotel, we checked out to get our deposit back. The staff only asked what happened. I simply said "we cannot stay in the room anymore, just cannot." He just said ok. Honestly, the worst hotel experience.

Hotel is clean and good , near the downtown. Near with Platinum Mall & Central World

Based on my stay experience there, it was a good hotel also very comfy. The space of the room are big. However the water heater of the hotel are not stable where sometimes it hot sometime it cold. Other than that, everything are perfect! 👍🏻

เราได้ห้องพักเล็กมากค่ะ เหมือนตอนแรกจะได้อีกห้องไม่แน่ใจว่าทำไมอยู่ๆถึงเปลี่ยนเพราะเห็นว่าเรามาคนเดียวหรือเปล่า ห้องเราเล็กมากไม่มีหน้าต่าง ห้องน้ำก็ค่อนข้างแคบ ค่อนข้างจะอึดอัดค่ะ ได้ยินเสียงแทบจะทุกห้องว่าใครทำอะไรอยู่ หรือใครพูดอยู่ค่ะ

From my personal experience as a tourist in BKK, I dislike about the personality of receptionist, they showed us discrimination attitudes towards us as Cambodian, the worst importance thing is when we as for changing the room since our room had bad smell but they seems not likely to change for us and show us clearly that they’re annoyed.

The location is ideal;it’s close to many tourist attractions and also sky train stations. The room was clean. Overall is good
