Urbana sathorn is at a very good location, near the BTS and MRT. All are walking distance, and the hotel is clean and spacious. Definitely going to stay here again!

Loved it. Very good price. The staff was soooo nice! They served delicious food every day and the room service was great. I enjoyed using the gym as well. There's a 7 eleven right around the corner with ATMs. It is also right in front of a good cab spot. I would definitely prefer this hotel to anyone and I would come back again. 10/10

Average. No convenient stores around, need to climb overhead bridge everyday to and fro, nothing much to eat or shop. Room attendants did not do daily housekeeping. Living area is dim, insufficient lightings. The whole hotel smell of ******** from lobby, in lift and corridors. Can’t take the stench! They should fine those people smoking **** in the hotel room / corridors / lobby. Overall, the room is ok, price is ok. Just not memorable. I did not take any picture, there’s nothing fancy that deserve a shot.

I was a little worried about stay in Urbana based on reweivs. I usually prefer new hotels, but overall my stay in Urbana didn’t bring me any disappointments, it was good, but a little noisy if the room is on the road side, staff was friendly, room was pretty spacious. Thank you! Recommended for budget stay!!! Good mix reasonable price and comfort.

When I checked-in at this property in the past the receptionist said I can smoke at the balcony but need to close the window and door. The latest staying at this property reception never mentioned can't smoke at the balcony and when you check out they want to charge a cleaning fee of 5000 THB. I feel like the hotel is very tricky and has no integrity to their customers. Please avoid this hotel. I am not surprised I didn't see many guests at this property. The other guests who checked out earlier also got charged for drinking water inside the fridge without prior notice to the guest , I also don't see any note inside the room. I won't return to this hotel again in the future.
