My daughter love the swimming pool and bath 🛀 very clean and 25th floor view was just amazing.

The foyer of the hotel smelt bad .The hotel restaurant wasn't operating any longer even though thrte is menus i our rooms , so no food available ,the hotel offered spa treatments ,no longer available either , though this is still being advertised on their website .
We arrived at the hotel at 3.45-4 pm we were told sorry rhe room wasn't available! Check in is 2pm ,we had travelled along way so I was very disappointed and unhappy with this outcome . The staff then found rooms available for us
Very frustrating. Also there was some filming for a Netflix series that was happening in the foyer on o e of the days ,this was not communicated to us ,so when we came down. Inthe lift we were told to be quiet and leave the hotel and go out the front. Not good at all asthe hotel was very busy. Shame it didn't live up to the expectations of the photos .

Stayed for 3 nights in 23rd floor. City view is amazing at night. Location is close to many attractions with in 5+km. Breakfast is very poor. Don’t go with Breakfast. It’s not really worth for the money. Wifi is very very poor.

The cleaner is very good, breakfast is good, the receptionist are friendly, there is no English TV channel, No lifeguard available for the pool

This is a type of place to visit when just passing through, close to the airport and there’s a shuttle service to the airport. Stayed for a very short time, but everyone was nice and helpful.
