Four Points by Sheraton Bansko

Otel çok yeni, temiz, düzenli ve konforlu odalara sahip. Konumu mükemmel, kapının hemen dışında alışveriş ve yemek yemeyi kolaylaştıran iş bölgesi var. Teleferik istasyonuna yaklaşık 300 metre uzaklıkta olup, yanında geniş bir ücretsiz otopark bulunmaktadır. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir.

Otel yakın zamanda yenilenmiştir, lobisi güzel, ön bürodaki personel çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı 4 yıldızlı bir otele göre ***et iyiydi ve genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Новый, чистый отель. Хороший завтрак с очень вкусными круассанами и каппучино. Спа зона также отличная, работает до 8 вечера.

Tesis bünyesinde spa olması güzel. Odalar oldukça sıcaktı ve yataklar pek rahat değildi. Önceki incelemelere rağmen yemek hoş bir sürpriz oldu. Güzel bar / salon alanı. Kayak istasyonuna yakın elverişli bir konumda.

Güzel büyük otel lobisi ve barı Odam büyüktü ve iyi bir en-suite banyo vardı Yatak ne yazık ki pek rahat değildi Açık büfe kahvaltı çok seçenekli makuldü. Ancak akşam büfesi özellikle iştah açıcı değildi. Havuz ve spa alanı çok güzeldi ve gerçekten temiz tutuldu. Gondol sadece 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde olduğundan kayak yapmak için ideal konum. Bu Bansko'da kaldığım dördüncü otel, en iyisi olmayabilir ama yine kalırım çünkü harika bir konum ve ödediğim fiyata çok iyi bir değer.

One of the greatest hotels i have ever stayed and for sure better than the old and neglected kempinski. Marriot once again made a jewelry. Super comfy and cozy room, clean with nice atmospheric scenery. Everybody is smiley and polite. Highly recommended.

This hotel is the best hotel in Bansko comparing to other 4 and 5 stars hotels. It is a prime Location with a short walk to the gondola and next to all the restaurants and historic sites of Bansko. Best service to the point that they even arranged a personal ride for me when all the taxis in Bansko were busy and not responding to phone calls (as Bansko has only one taxi company). Great breakfast, very attentive chef that we had a pleasure to talk to many times. Modern, freshly renovated rooms with comfortable beds and great Mountain View’s. Modern, upscale feeling lobby with great bartender. Bright, modern hallways. They arranged even laundry for us and personally dropped it off when we had issues with one of the off-site laundry places. They staff is very attentive, smiling and trying their best. We were very happy staying at this hotel as titaniums and would recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for professionally run hotel in Bansko. I can’t wait for their kids club to be open, as that will be a cherry on the cake.

We spent a weekend at the hotel for Ski & Hiking... The hotel is very new & rooms are clean & modern, the breakfast is very good & there's also a restaurant and a bar on site... The hotel staff are very helpful & friendly, and the front desk manager is very helpful.. The location of the hotel is very convenient, walking distance from the Ski gondola, ice rink & several good bars & restaurants... There's both an indoor & outdoor pools, a spa & a pool table, really everything you need to have a great time... Can't recommend the place enough and we'll definitely come back when in Bulgaria :)

Hi first time staying here since changing name to four points by sheraton lovely hotel all staff lovely and helpful especially when carrying luggage come over straightaway and take luggage off u and carries it for you rooms lovely I stayed with my friends they had a double bed upstairs and me and my 9 year old god daughter had a double bed downstairs rooms spacious lovely large tv on wall good storage comes with tea n coffee maker n fridge lovely bathroom with shower maids come everyday not always in morning but always come and tidy make beds we stayed half Board breakfast was buffet style hot and contentail choices food not greatest found beans luke warm but good choice of hot n cold drinks went for tea 3 times 1st time buffet really nice next two times they give you a menu to choose from still included in half board don't pay for meals only issue was my mates burger wasn't properly cooked but they were vert apologetic and offered her a fresh one good kids menu to pay for drinks was nice boot room to store skiing equipment mini bus to tke you to gondola about 815am lovely trip lovely hotel friendly helpful staff
