Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολυ προσεγμένο με πολλές παροχές.
Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή δίπλα σε σκι λιφτ.
Διαθέτει parking. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό!
Έκαναν αναβάθμιση σε δωμάτιο με θέα στο βουνό.
Το δωμάτιο είχε καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρα,
νερό και υλικά για τσάι και καφέ.
Το στρώμα άψογο! Καθαριότητα και ησυχία!
Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολυτελές Spa!
Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό!
Ενώ κατά την κράτηση
πλήρωσα αμέσως την αξία του δωματίου
με πιστωτική κάρτα,
η υπάληλος στη reception
δεν έβλεπε στο σύστημα τους
την πληρωμή μου και μου ζητήσε
να ξανά-πληρώσω την αξία της διανυκτέρευσης.
Της είπα οτι είχα ήδη πληρώσει την αξία
της κράτησης του δωματίου.
Την επόμενη ημέρα κατά το check out
μου ζήτησαν να ξαναπληρώσω τη διανυκτέρευση.
Επέδειξα την απόδειξη πληρωμής
που μου είχε στείλει η Trip.com
τότε η υπάλληλος δήλωσε οτι θα έπρεπε να το επιβαιβεώσει ο
manager...αφού περίμενα ακόμη μερικά λεπτά
αναγνώρισαν την πληρωμή μου.
Δυστυχώς η καθυστέρηση και η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης
της πληρωμής ήταν αδικαιολόγητες για 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο.

We spent three nights at the hotel. There is no doubt that the hotel meets all the standards expected of the Kempinski chain. The hotel manager (Mr. Roger) walks around among the guests all day, is interested in their well-being and gives good recommendations regarding spending time in the city. One of the evenings (on the recommendation of the hotel manager) we ate at the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food. The chef cooks in front of you and serves not only excellent food but gives a performance. Recommended!!!

Personel ***et iyiydi, konaklamada yaşadığımız değişiklikleri çok iyi yönettiler. Özellikle otelde Türk resepsiyon olması çok faydalı oldu. Genel olarak iyi bir servis aldık. Aleksey, Celal, Mustafa, Kemal ve Kader bize çok iyi servis verdi özellikle. Kahvaltı ***et güzeldi. Temizlik iyiydi. Bir tek otel genel olarak Kempinski beklentimize göre biraz eski ve bakımsızdı. Son olarak lobideki Kids Menu çok iyiydi.

Alpine-style hotel, large rooms, large beds, good maintenance, excellent service, rich breakfasts, large spa, free parking, excellent service In short a luxurious and pampering hotel, although the settlement is mainly used as a ski town there is a lot to see.

Amazing place and service as always! Highly recommend. The property is very cozy and comfortable even in autumn. The place also has a very well equipped kids club for your kids. The view from the hotel is phenomenal.

Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. This hotel is absolutely amazing in every way. Every meal we had was above and beyond what we expected. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want, including a special kids section with kid friendly items. This included gummy worms which a parent always had to hide for obvious reasons. They also had french brut and not just any sparkling wines for self-service mimosas, and incredible juices. Went to the hotels italian restaurant and was blown away by every dish. Italian food in Bulgaria can be hit or miss, but the bulgarian black truffle pasta was perfectly cooked and about as good a pasta dish as i've had anywhere (including in italy). Also tried the octopus dish and many desserts and everything was amazing. Wine selection was excellent, with my favorite being the mavrud by the glass. Cocktails are also great, including a solid *****ni. Service was amazing everywhere we went. This included detailed instructions regarding where to go hiking (you can take the lift across the street from the hotel and go from there). A walk to the center of town is only maybe 5 minutes. When we walked in to the room, we found sweets for the kids. We also found size appropriate bath robes for my 3 year old and my 7 year old that fit them perfectly. Valet parking was easy and convenient. Was worried the hotel would be dated, too old fashioned, but we enjoyed every part of it. Definitely more of a classic alpine look, but very charming and well kept. We will go out of our way next time we are in bulgaria to come to bansko just so we can stay here again, it was that good.

+ Excellent location + Friendly staff at reception, excellent service - cleaning, restaurants etc. + Available parking places and parking assistance in offer + Great food - rich breakfast and delicious offers for dinner in the restaurants, including kid’s menu - The revolving door is a bit dangerous, one of our kids almost had an accident, probably a warning sign would be good to have Overall: Lovely and unforgettable stay - thank you, Kempinski, we will come again
