"雲端上的治癒之旅，伏羲山興古塢絕對是滿分體驗！終於抽空來了心心念唸的伏羲山興古塢民宿，果然名不虛傳，必須給滿分！首先，環境絕了！民宿坐落在山間，彷彿藏在雲海里。我們房間的落地窗正對着山谷，早上睜眼就是絕美的日出，晚上能看見在城市裡從未見過的璀璨星空，真的超級治癒，所有的煩惱都煙消雲散了。其次，民宿的設計很有格調，是新中式和極簡風的結合，既有古樸的禪意，又不失現代的舒適。房間裏的設施也很用心，床品柔軟，衞浴乾濕分離，細節處都能看到店主的品味。最要誇的是這裏的服務！從預訂開始，管家就非常貼心，耐心解答各種問題。到店後工作人員都笑臉相迎，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖。他們家的餐飲是地道的農家風味，簡單卻健康美味。總之，這是一次完美的逃離城市計劃。無論是想找個地方放空自己，還是和朋友家人小聚，興古塢都是絕佳的選擇。已經推薦給身邊的朋友了，期待下次再見！👍"

"此次入住對房間沒有不滿意的地方。主要評價服務。8月14日通過攜程預訂該酒店，房費包含雲上牧場門票，在下午3點09分打電話主要詢問門票是14日還是15日使用的。結果電話接通後連個歡迎問好都沒有，我問了一句請問是萌兔酒店嗎？然後接電話的一位女士就脾氣暴躁的一頓輸出，説什麼酒店要怎麼走怎麼走，語氣極其不耐煩，然後我打斷她説我是有其他的問題要諮詢，她這才開始查詢我的訂單。你作為前台服務人員就這態度嗎？對顧客大呼小叫而且完全不問顧客的需求就一副不耐煩的語氣跟我説其他的。總之在我到達酒店之前我的第一印象就非常不好了。希望加強對員工服務意識和態度的培訓。不過入住之後包括退房當天遇到的前台人員服務態度還不錯，不然真是影響出門遊玩的心情。（圖片是當天通過攜程平台給酒店打電話截圖，號碼應該為虛擬號碼）"
