"This was a great stay. I met the owners and they are very sweet. The owner was so kind and helpful with everything! He was nice enough to walk us down to the bus station to go to wulingyuan, he helped us with a taobao order and communicate with the delivery person. They even cut and peeled some fruit with us! They were a very sweet couple. The room had everything and had a nice view, the place has restaurants and stores all around!!! It is very central for tianmen activities. I would definitely be back here next time in zhanjiajie city."

"This hotel was wonderful. Room was fantastic and mostly the staff was amazing! I raise my hat to Wu and Gu who assisted me during all my stay providing me connections to my tours and all surrounding communities. Since the weather was at the greatest for sightseeing; I’ll definitely have to comeback to visit again and this hotel would be again one of my first choice.🥰🙏 thank you again for this great experience."

Wechat üzerinden onlarla iletişim kurmak kolaydı ve bize hemen yanıt verdiler. Otel üzerinden giriş bileti rezervasyonu için bir miktar indirim var. Çamaşır makinesi 1. katta ve her katta bir kurutma makinesi var. Sağlanan olanaklar iyiydi ve yatak rahattı. Birden fazla cihazı şarj etmek için birçok priz vardı. Ayrıca konumu milli parka ulaşmak için çok uygundu. Otelden yürüme mesafesinde güzel bir restoran var, 筷乐湘西, otel tarafından önerildi ve iki kez gittik. Bu otelde kaldığınızı belirtirseniz bir miktar indirim de alabilirsiniz. Otelin kahvaltı büfesinde birçok seçenek var ancak ekmeğe sürmek için reçel veya tereyağı verilirse daha iyi olurdu. Konaklamamızın sonunda 晓晓 bize hediyeler verdi."

"Very good experience staying in this hotel. This hotel is exceptionally clean and modern. They provides quality toiletries. We stayed in the room which is facing to the river. The waiting area which has a small library and tea serving area is facing the river. The breakfast area is facing the river as well and has a magnificient view. The staff were very helpful and very patient to explain to us in Wechat, how to navigate around Zhangjiajie city. On our arrival, they send a driver to pick us up from Zhangjiajie West High Speed train station. This service is free of charge and we were happy as we don't have to worry to find our hotel. They also helped us to buy entrance tickets to Tianmenshan. They serve very nice and healthy breakfast which included a small selection of buffet style breakfast, and we enjoyed very much the noodles specially cooked for us. After breakfast, we checkout the hotel and put all of our luggages in the reception area and make our way to Tianmenshan After we came down from Tianmenshan, we went back to the hotel and have a brief rest at the waiting area. The staff introduce us to eat dinner at a nearby restaurant which is famous among the locals. After dinner, we took our luggages from the hotel and make our way to Wulingyuan. We wanted to snap some photos of 72 towers while on our way to Wulingyuan. The staff helped us to book Didi and arranged the driver to make a brief stop at 72 towers and we managed to take some very nice photos of the 72 towers."

"乘電梯踏入大堂就被驚喜到，過道設計的燈帶好像進入神奇的迷宮孩子非常喜歡，酒店環境和衞生更是沒得挑，推開大堂陽台門，天門山的壯麗景色隨手拍都是大片。交通超便利，步行幾分鐘即可到達天門山索道，旁邊就是汽車站，不用早起趕車太省心！酒店雖然不大，但設施齊全，精緻而温馨，衞生間乾濕分區，梳粧台非常人性化，老婆超喜歡，從入住到行李寄存，工作人員都熱情又耐心，有問必答。無論是親子游還是情侶遊，這家酒店都值得我強烈推薦！"

Throughout our stay, every employee we encountered—from the housekeepers to the concierge—was remarkably kind, attentive, and seemed to take real pride in ensuring we had a wonderful time. A special thank you to the concierge who helped us secure a last-minute dinner reservation; his local knowledge was invaluable. Furthermore, the hotel's location could not have been better. It was situated in a quiet area that was perfect for exploring. We found ourselves within easy walking distance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay defined by warm, personal service and a prime, convenient location."

"Nice average clean hotel good location right next to the cable car for Tianmen mountain. Only negative was that the room smelled funny. I think it may have been from these 2 red fumigation boxes they had placed in the corner. Which I noticed in another hotel in china I stayed at."

"Room was really big and clean. Only the bed was a little too hard for us. Bathroom was spotless and we had a nice balcony. The serve western and Asian breakfast. The staff were perfect, they picked us up and organized also a taxi to train station leaving. Helped us to book tickets. 5 star service."
