My family and I stayed here after my mom got sick the day we were supposed to leave the area. The check in lady was very nice and our room was very clean. The leather seat from the chair was cracking and did track the material all over the room and in the bed. The pool was decently warm and the hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but not very warm. We went about midway through the allotted time. All in all, I would definitely book again.

Terrible customer service. Front desk service was terrible, rude and did not care about customer concerns. Out dated rooms, which seriously needs a make over and remodeling. . Mildew smell in room. I Do Not Recommend staying here, as I will not stay here again.

The rooms were fairly clean, bedding, tub, and toilet had stains/dirt spots. They re used shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bottles were half full. Refrigerator and microwave were very clean. Pool area had no towels, and during breakfast, staff were very rude to us people of color. I will NEVER stay here again no matter the need.

Older property with a few nice upgrades, but definitely needs more work. Beds were comfortable and room was a really nice size for our group. Hot tub was out of service when we arrived but we were able to use it later that evening. However, it was in need of cleaning. The property could definitely use some upgrades and repairs.

Overall, it was clean and the staff friendly. My room was next to a side door and noisy when guests were leaving in the early hours. The coffee in the breakfast area and in the rooms is not very good. The beds are comfortable and I love the quality and number of pillows provided.

Perfect location to Great Wolf Lodge. We had such a wonderful stay and the owner was such a nice person. We celebrated our little girls 2nd birthday and this place was just perfect. Very clean and if we needed anything we were helped quickly.breakfast was very delicious Definitely recommend.

Check in was very slow and didn’t include a greeting or explanation of the amenities. Also, didn’t receive any indication the hotel was under renovation, until we arrived in our room to find lights without bulbs, items in disrepair and hallways filled with furniture. Additionally, the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned.

The hotel is remodeling with I understand! But to give us a room that is not functioning and then switch us to a room that is dirty is not ok!! The chair was nasty, toilet had poop in it, we had gum and fingernails on the floor and the toilet paper holder was filthy.

The property staff was rude when I arrived. Then when we got into the room, it looked nothing like the room shown in the picture as it had damage, potential mold, smelt bad, wrecked furniture, and etc.
