The hygiene was horrible toilet basin had to connect in to drain water it was falling on floor

Hygiene of the room was pathetic. Dirty linen is. No hot water in the morning. No room service available. Overall worst experience of stay.

Breakfast is terrible, room cleaning is not good. Staff is very good. Air conditioning is not proper. Cold water tap in the bathroom is not working.
