The apartment is clean and spacious, good enough for 4ppl. Location is nice for the price. Kitchen is nice and it even has a Nespresso machine.
The shower hose leaks on the second day we stayed but it was fixed on the same day after we reported to the reception.
The only thing to say is the washing machine is too noisy.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Modern decor, well appointed and clean. Lovely old building, reception staff were helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the apartment next to ours was being renovated so hammering and banging all day which we weren't informed about. The after hours check in machine was very temperamental, re-booting and refusing our documents, spoke to other guests who encountered the same issue. Black out blinds in the bedroom would also be a good idea as the light streams through. But overall you could do a lot worse and if we ever return to Barcelona I would certainly consider staying here again. Location a good hub for major attractions, Rocafort metro station is on the doorstep as is the nearest supermarket.

The place was perfect for our family of 4. It was like a home away from home. Very walkable area but also very close to the metro.

Nice stay for 2 days over New Years and celebrating at Plaça de Espanya in walking distance. Parking was an easy 3 min walk to Gran Via and dining is good in the area as well.

This place was a great location for St. Stephens day to visit the many booths just outside the hotel. We only stayed 1 night but the room was a good size for our family of 6 and we liked the complimentary coffee and washer/dryer. Only improvement would be them filling up shower containers between guests.

Great location away from ramblas but just a short metro ride if you want to go there. Easy to find and good communication. Good variety of shops restaurants etc.

Clean, with everything you need. Simple to check in after hours. Comfy bed.
Bedroom was noisy but lounge was quiet. ?? Would have liked it the other way round but nothing ear plugs didn’t fix.
Would stay there again in a heart beat.
